The Penguin Color Painting Agency (PCPA) is the penguin color creating agency of Club Penguin. It is responsible for creating colors for penguins to wear. The director of the agency is named Mr. Colorful.

A typical PCPA color.

Description[edit]

In the 1970s, some penguins wanted to be able to change what color they were. A penguin by the name of Mr. Colorful decided to establish a company to manufacture and create paint in 1976. The paint was so that penguins can be in different colors. The company became known as the Penguin Color Painting Agency and was highly successful.

Today, the PCPA now produces thousands of paint cans a day. The paint is made at the PCPA factory in Club Penguin. 50% of the paint is sold locally in Club Penguin and the other 50% is exported to other countries and sold there. The PCPA is the leading (actually, the only) color producing company in Antarctica.

Colors[edit]

PCPA has created several different colors in 1976 such as:

  • Red
  • Yellow
  • Orange
  • Green
  • Blue
  • Bright Blue
  • Brown
  • Purple
  • Pink
  • Black
  • Dark Green
  • Lime Green (made in 2006)
  • Aqua (made in 2009)
  • Arctic White (made in 2012)

The PCPA have created some colors that have not been released to the public yet, such as Old Blue, Gray, Lavender, and Maroon. The PCPA is also working on creating some colors but they haven't been released to the public yet, such as Gold.

Trivia[edit]

  • Some penguins "cheat" by mixing different paint colors and creating their own, but this is illegal. However, in Shops Island, it is perfectly legal to do so.
  • Some mall creators in Shops Island create their own paint colors to sell in their malls, such as Dark Black, Gray, Bright Yellow, Dark Brown, Rainbow, Gold, etc.
  • PCPA paint doesn't work on puffles, as it is specifically designed for penguins.
  • Many penguins have questioned why the paint appears to be a blob with eyes on it. Despite the eyes, the paint cannot see anything, as it is not alive.
