Pengslo, known locally as Saworton City is the largest city and capital city in the United Penguin Islands. The prosperous city is located in the Pengslo City District, which only covers Pengslo. This is due to the large population living in Pengslo, and its growing size due to recent border changes. It is located on the UPI's island of Penguio, near the center of the island.
