The International Criminal Tribunal for Antarctic War on Terrorism War Criminals in Pengslo, United Penguin Islands, often shortened too the International Criminal Tribunal for AWOT War Criminals, most commonly International Criminal Tribunal, or ICTAWOTWCPUPI is the international criminal tribunal located in Pengslo, United Penguin Islands. It was officially made May 5, 2015 to begin trials against Antarctic War on Terrorism war criminals from the terrorist side. The Pengslo Trials started shortly after the end of AWOT, on May 25, 2015.

Origins[edit]
The ICTAWOTWCPUPI was founded after the Antarctic War on Terrorism ended on May 13th, 2015. The AWOT left thousands of places in Antrctica in ashes, and Antarctica was in complete disaster. The first thing that was to be done was to start a trial against all the AWOT war criminals. It was decided that the Trials would be held in Pengslo, capital of the UPI. Thousands of penguins affiliated with terrorists were arrested and taken to Pengslo for trials. Trials were also seen on TV and penguins of Antarctica were let to spectate in Pengslo.

William Kansas was the chief prosecutor in the Trials. He is representing the Snowinians.
Stephen Rightings was the representative for the Margatians.

Convictions[edit]
Below is a list of criminals convicted during the Tribunal.
Zho Kaijan and 150 top NNM terrorists - Executed by Hanging. All 150 'top terrorists' were executed on June 1, 2015 at Nexon's top maximum security prison - the Shankri-La.
- Every other NNM terrorists involved in the war who refused to accept the amnesty provided by the Margatian government - Varies.Around 65% of these penguins were hanged at various Margatian prisons, 25% were sentenced to life imprisonment at Shankri-La with no parole and 10% were sentenced to 30 years in prison at the Nexonan prison Themis. However, there are numerous reports of the Shankri-La prisoners being subjugated to psychological and physical abuse by prison guards, allegedly under the order of the President of the Nexonan Senate, who vehemently denies all of these as lies. After further investigation, the Margatian government sacked the President of the Nexonan Senate.
