The Penguin Intelligence Agency is a small intelligence and investigation agency based in Penguio and the USA. The current president of the agency is somebody unknown and he is ranked above all members of the agency. It goes on several missions that are sometimes off-topic investigation like the completed mission of sending a Penguioan after many antarctic nations humiliating Penguio. Notable members include the President, the Commander, Dave Saworton, Harry Saworton. It's theme tune is the Antarctican TV show, The X Files Opening Theme Tune.

Description[edit]
The PIA was founded in 2006 as an agency that unlike the EPF concentrates more on the USA and Penguio, instead of concentrating on the small Club Penguin Island. The PIA has a special 4G connection system with headquarters than always connects in land area, but not in or extremely near the sea area. The president at the time was named Rory the Construction Guy, before leaving to the EPF, and a new unnamed president was made.
