Penguin Kart 4 is the lastest installment to the Penguin Kart series. It introduced 3 new ways to kart: Underwater, Gliding and Anti-Gravity

- This is a parody of Mario Kart Ds, Wii, 7 and 8, all mixed together.
- This was the first Penguin Kart in years.
- Rainy, the Rainbow puffle, can be spotted in the Cloud Forest course every 15 minutes on a small cloud, waving. Sometimes he'll give an item away!
- If you are very close to him, you can even hear him say "You are REALLY outstanding!"
