Penguino Zoom was humiliated all throughout his life, and by creating the hated movie WHAT?!? with Hydro Plane, he could have vengeance on all who humiliated him. He used to be part of Penguinpuffdude's family, but he split up to be a hermit for 25 years, but when he came back into society, he met Hydro Plane, and made WHAT?!? with him.
