The Event[edit]
On a most beautiful late Octobers morning. A penguin, by the name of DustyOS was getting out of bed to start a fire. As he was putting his slippers on and saw a light shining, right from the corner of his eye. He turned his head and to his amazement saw XTUX's new ice-mobeil. He then began to gazed longingly at the his new ice mo-belie. Then he turned his head back to start his fire. DustyOS needed a time to relax today and thought very hesitantly, whether he should go and work on Dustbuntu. He chose to relax for once and go ice fishing for a change and relax there for the "hole" day. And at this he, at noon hoped in his old junk of a truck and road of to go ice fishing. He then remembered that the spot he wished to fish at was at the foot of Pickle Mountain.
After a two and a half hour drive he came to this well known fishing spot to all of Antarctica. He got out of his truck and with GREAT amazement saw Pickle Mountain.
With its big cliffs, covered in snow and foamed pickle juice. Two hours later he had cuaught what he intended to. And was pleased with it. But as he was hoping into his truck he paused and heard his stomach gurgle. He didn't take to much to it, and went on his way. Wile driving on his way back this gurgling was getting louder and louder. He then saw in his rear view mayor XTUX driving in his new ice-mobil. He jealously adjusted his mirror so he could no longer see him. Then he looked in his mirror and saw him self. And to his great surprise, DustyOS was all green. DustyOS as fast as he could drove home in great worry.
When he arrived at his igloo he looked in the mirror and saw he was a giant pickle! And was growing bigger and bigger! He quickly hoped on his truck and drove to the doctors. He rushed speedily out of his truck and before he could ever reach his truck he was stopped by XTUX. XTUX pulled him to the side, staring at him he told him that at dusk when the sun goes down. A certain penguin, every one thousand is chosen. The chosen penguin at dusk turns into a pickle. It takes about a max of 20 min he added for you to fully evolve. Then at morning when the sun first rises you will return to your normal self. Is there a way to break this cures? Asked DustyOS. Well, replied XTUX there is a way. But no penguin has ever done it and it would be close to the impossible to accomplish.
Tell me how I can do this! Asked DustyOS. In reply XTUX pointed north which was the way he just came. Pickle Mountain? Yes, go to pickle mountain, there is a cave there which will lead you to the "epic pickle"! MUHAHAH it is a most powerful pickle. You must eat of it in order to break this silly yet rather humors cures. The when you do so the cures will be broken for you. But sadly I do not know of any thing that will break it for others. Oh yes also you shall be given a gift if you eat of the epic pickle....just so you know. Well fine replied DustyOS I will leave strait in the morning. And with that I will take my leave. DustyOS hoped into his truck and wile driving away thanked XTUX for his instructions.
Morning came as bright as could be, wile the rooster was still calking, DustyOS a woke and found him self all normal again. Feww! And walked out grabbed his gear and off he drove to Pickle Mountain. On his way he experienced no difficulty's and was thankful for so. He arrived at his destination staring up at this mountain he thought this was the real mission impossible. DustyOS took a big breath and blew out. And started walking toward the mountain. Carrying his gear so heavy marched up the mountain in search of the cave. In the distance he saw a big black hole that was rather long. He walked closer and eventually he noticed his cave door was in the shape of a pickle. AHHAHH! DustyOS well pleased said. And darted for the cave, from a distance, on his way walking there, noticed moving figures of large appearance. DustyOS took out his binoculars and zoomed in on these creatures.
WOOAAHHH!!! in astonishment DustyOS was blown away for he saw "giant pickles". They looked as if they where guarding the cave. One pickle was tall and rather large as was the other one but instead of tall he was wider or fatter. They did not look as to the most friendlily company. But more of a meaner or scared type of a character. As time passed DustyOS soon arrived at the cave. The pickle men walked back a forth from one side of the cave to the other. DustyOS went up to the fatter penguin. Hello there! DustyOS shouted. What do you want? Well I have come to this cave to see it. Why would you want to see it? DustyOS thought to him self, he should not tell the pickle what his intentions where. So in reply DustyOS said I have come to see, in the cave, you wonderful pickle folk! Well replied the pickle in satisfaction. Go right on a head oh and enjoy your time. And on DustyOS walk into the cave.
The cave was covered all over with slimy pickle juice. Which gave a nasty stench of a smell. But with out any other complaints he carried on. DustyOS eventually came to a tunnels end where there where two more tunnels he could take. One he heard voices from the other a great amount of smell. He thought the epic pickle would be in the tunnel where the smell was coming from. So he went forth to the second tunnel. As he was walk he found more and more slim as he walked on. Suddenly he started to slip and was sliding down and the path started to become down hill as he went on. He was making a great speed when he saw the path came to a drop!
Next he blacked out. For the next hours he was asleep from falling. He woke up very suddenly as if he had been splashed with a bucket of watter like what XTUX would always do to him on late projects together. He gazed straight forward and saw, what must be the "epic pickle". He ran and ran toward it picked it up and eat it as fast as he could. Then where the pickle was a little beam of light peeked through the mountain. Then DustyOS looked up and saw come down a bran new Ice-Mobil! DustyOS in AW he jumped for it as if he could grab it. It came down to a point where he could hope in. As he did so as fast as he could. At this point he knew the spell was broken and he had a bran new ice-mobil. But then he wondered how he was supposed to get out of here. He looked at the car's new features and saw the feature "hover". WOOAHH!! Yelled DustyOS I will give that a try he thought.
He pressed the button and off he went. Eventually he came out of the mountain feeling victorious! And arrived safely at his igloo. And gave his broken old truck to Fudd La'Pooh. The End.
