Rachel Rogers is a teen penguin who aspires to be a fashion designer.
Background[edit]
Rachel was born and raised in Smalltown and went to school there until middle school. Her mother abandoned her at a young age, so her father began to completely care for her.
More recently, her father, a Jet Pack pilot was scheduled to be stationed in South Pole City. They had to move out of Smalltown and into an apartment in the city. Oddly enough, Rachel and her dad were moving into a residence just above a pet shop/puffle daycare center dubbed "Puffle Daycare and Pet Products". Rachel works there part-time and even sells designs under her label, Rachel Couture.
Rachel's bedroom includes a teleporter elevator in her room (like the ones used by the EPF). The elevator only goes down to the pet shop, and she is able to communicate and understand the domesticated puffles. Naturally, everyone thinks she's crazy.
Involvement[edit]
Rachel is an extremely polite penguin who often finds herself in sticky situations. Whether avoiding the Muffin Twins at school or losing her jewelry in baked goods, she manages to stay sane, although it's sometimes obvious she isn't.
She earns minimum wage for helping out at the pet shop/daycare center and makes her routes and errands on a pink polka-dotted Jet Pack.
Appearance[edit]
Rachel is a light blue penguin with long, about waist length brown hair with straight cut bangs. She tends to wear her hair in multiple styles ranging from a ponytail, braids, or simply worn down with a cute accessory. All of her clothes are custom-tailored either to her interests or to fit over her great big head.
