Rarely is Usually and Already's twin sister. She is the youngest of all of them. Rarely is in Never's Family.
Background[edit]
Rarely was born to Every and Seldom, with her twin sisters Usually and Already. When they were born, Every decided that if they were to put them all down their route, it would be too hard for all three of them to go somewhere. She then tried to put them all three together, but it didn't work. Later, she and Seldom finally decided that they would just put them up for adoption. Seldom went there and gave them up. They soon were adopted by a family of 10 kids, which all were adopted. Later it got too hard for them to take care of them and they had to put them up for adoption again. Soon Never's foster father found him, and he actually decided to adopt them, since he believes in a family being all together.
