Hipengy's best friend Rhutter isn't nearly as good at getting girls as he would like to be. Because of his weird and random personality, most tend to stay away from him. So instead of calling himself "playa" he refers to himself as a "gangsta" even though he doesn't exactly possess the qualities of one. If anything, he look more like a pirate, being a red penguin that wears a black pirate bandana and big black boots.

Background

Rhutter first met Hipengy when Hipengy played a prank on him, pretending to be a stalker. The two became best friends after that as well as partners in crime. Even though Rhutter never quite possessed the skill of being able to get girls, he is still well-known for being funny as well as annoying. Rhutter likes to spend his time playing video games and partying, when he's not busy getting his best buddy out of sticky situations with fangirls.

Involvement

Rhutter doesn't usually get involved in complicated relationships like Hipengy does. Instead, he prefers to stand on the sidelines, making a comment here, throwing an insult there. Although his stories are not well-known like Hip's, he still enjoys writing down the adventures he has every now and then.
