Richard Icarus Edwards, also Richeddi, is the second director of the Hontanan Elite Penguin Force. He was a friend of Star Kirby12, but during the event known as "The Club Penguin Members", he moved to a new town and met up with some gangsters and became one himself. When he came back, everyone tried their best to change him back, and it succeeded.
He participates in both Operation Blackout and Operation: Puffle.
