Rookie Ninja is a ninja, but he's not very good at Card-Jitsu at all. He is the son of Mr. Ninja and the brother of Giant Ninja and Hungry Ninja. Rookie Ninja is a ninja because it's a hereditary action, not an earned one. (If Mr. Ninja wasn't a ninja, Rookie wouldn't even be a white belt.) He has a small propellor cap and he flies with it often. He's good friends with Rookie.
