Scrapper is the pyrophobic 2nd in command of the Snowman Syndicate. When he gets mad, he turns into a crow. He makes extremely obnoxious sounds, and only Tuskan can put up with them. He also likes mustard and sometimes spills it on his suit. He always holds a tennis racket to smack ninjas into unconsciousness with, although it's very weak and usually snaps on the first whack.

- Whenever he walks, he squeaks. Some people say his skeleton is made out of chew toys.
- The other members of the Snowman Syndicate call his suit a "tuxedo that got up on the wrong side of the ironing board".
- He is the brother of Scrap, who also hates ninjas and is a pyrophobic.
