The Seven Hour Protocol is a theorized and frowned upon contingency order proposed by several EISC tacticians as a method of absolute Antarctic conquest if need be. It was personally shut down by EDFan12345 and the High Council, and the tacticians were forced to resign. However, the documents were sealed in the Citadel's Black Vault for future possible use.

Proposed Tactics[edit]
As described by one tactician, the Seven Hour Protocol would have been a method of conquest of Greater Antarctica (surrounding territories notwithstanding) in approximately seven hours. Several steps would be taken to assure complete totalitarian rule.
- Production and Stockpile(Not a part of main protocol) - Production of Antimatter Charges, Displacement Bombs, and various other explosives would begin, after temporarily converting all non-essential assembly lines into war factories. Extraterrestrial Helium-3 mines would send ~90-95% of all extract to power generation for warships, factories, and other wartime needs. Deletion weaponry production would begin once more.
- Isolationism - Ed Island would cut off ties with outside nations; tariffs, embargoes, etc. would be placed upon foreign imports and exports. Ties with The Axle Powers, SATO, and the United Antarctic Nations would be severed, and representatives would be recalled back to Ed Island.
- Displacement - Displacement Bombs are sent to the Borderworld, which are then detonated, causing massive temporal distortion across Antarctica. The Borderworld's native fauna would be sent through the newly created rifts, and would cause mass havoc and terror.
- Devastation - A massive joint military operation between the EISC, EICM, STAG, and the Ed Island Overwatch would be dispatched. Mass glassing and Antimatter bombings would occur, while naval and ground invasions would destroy any opposition among the chaos. Portal Storms at this point would be rampant, which the Overwatch would be sent to contain.
- Aftermath - Mass conscription occurs of remaining countries' militaries into the Overwatch. Borderworld wildlife would run rampant across Antarctica, as a result of the temporal displacement.
- Reconstruction - After military conquests reached completion, civilians of many countries would be herded into ~50-60 remaining urban centers, under the Ed Island banner. Numerous Citadels would be constructed as the focal point of each, and a strict military presence is imposed upon each city. Civilians would be transferred between cities twice per year, to prevent any organized resistance from occurring.
