The Snowiny Council is the place where the entire Snowiny is controlled. This is where Robert Smith lives. This council was made to control everything that happens in Snowiny, and make peace. It's located in the 94 Donglong Lane in Southern Winsburg. Tours are open from 14:00 - 19:00 every saturday. It costs 2 goldies to go on this eco tour.
