Snowville Snowdown

The Snowville Snowdown is a hockey team based in Snowville, Eastshield, that plays in the Major Hockey League.

History

The Snowdown were founded as members of the Colonial Hockey League in 1985. They used to stink, even worse than the Snowville Skuas, until 1992, when they got pretty far into the playoffs, but losing in the confrence finals. In 1995, they won their first World Hockey Cup, and won it 2 more times, in 2000 and 2003. They did not miss the playoffs between 1996 and 2015. They won then cup 2012-2013 season, while 2014 being a loss to the Blue Iceterns in the divisonal.

Design

The Snowdown's logo is very different from other teams. It is a snowpenguin playing hockey, and is in the position of passing the puck. The team's colors are "old blue", royal blue, silver and white. The jerseys are also simple, with home jerseys being old blue, with with the logo in the middle, with silver, royal blue and white trim. and a really cool lettering. The away jersey's palette is swapped, being white with royal blue, silver and old blue trim. The Snowdown also have an alternate jersey, with the home palette, but royal blue's role is switched to the main color, the numbers are higher, and it resembles the alternate jersey of the Blizzardville Wishes.

In 2015, Old blue was renamed Snowville Royal Blue.
