The StarTeam is an airline alliance, co-founded by StarJet, Airlines of New North Etana and Margate Antarctic Airlines, made to compete with rival airline alliance, SkyAlliance in 2009.The alliance has five members, StarJet, Airlines of New North Etana. AirTerra and Air Chi Con

Five airlines, StarJet, Airlines of New North Etana and Margate Antarctic Airlines, founded the airline alliance, competiting with the larger airline alliance, SkyAlliance. The airline alliance, was to be for only exclusive and low-cost airlines, which the three founding airlines first announced. The airline alliance, had rough begginings, as it was copy-cating the larger SkyAlliance,and was sued by SkyAlliance as well. In 2009, the airline alliance won the court case, ending a six month battle. One airline left SkyAlliance for StarTeam, Air Chi Con, now Pacifica Airlines. Later, in 2011, Margate Antarctic Airlines pulled out to join SkyAlliance.
