Serious Lion is the final boss of Super Smash Mates Brawl. He can be fought by anyone.

Role in the SubSpace Team-Up[edit]
The deceased ancestor of Serious Cat, Serious Lion was a lion. As he was a ghost, Serious Lion could not exit the Cyberworld, so he took control of both Master Foot-using lasers to control it, and Ben Hun-using Serious Cat to hypnotize him(yet again) and turn him into "Darktan III". As he takes control of these two, he gains the trust of Questisbak, Herbert and Mectrixctic. None of them knew about him.
He eventually creates the Serious Maze to make a world of his own, scattering trophies of smashers everywhere. However, his plan was wrecked by Star Kirby12, Kwiksilver, Fred 676 and Penghis Khan, because they had special brooches on that were activated by the Spirits of Light. They then rescue smashers.

As a Trophy[edit]
Serious Lion was the deceased ancestor of the infamous Serious Cat. He came back as a half lion half penguin ghost form, and plotted to destroy the world and create a world of his own.
Tips[edit]
- Darkness attacks don't work. At all. Don't bother using them.
- This is one of the only boss fights where Smash Balls appear. Serious Lion is weak against Spirit Power, so as Star Kirby12, grab a smash ball, transform into Star Kirby12 Rainbow, and take him down.
