FOOLY series[edit]

Fooly'sAdventureIcon.png The Fooly series, which is a collective term used for the Fooly's Adventure series and Flipplings series, is the group of characters, helpers, items and stages coming from the ridiculously random stories of the Propellor Cap Trio, traveling around the universe searching for pointless things, and the Flippy Siblings, a group of septuplets who cause chaos in Tutupie. They both star the titular Fooly and a diverse collection of thingies.

Fooly & Fuzzle[edit]

FOOLY8 & FUZZLE Launch into battle!

This foolish duo is ready to break your fourth walls! Though they are two, they act as one with their many zany attacks. Fuzzle acts with various headbutts and lunges while Fooly does more faraway attacks and uses weapons. Use various combos to deal crazy damage percentages! Their alternate costumes change Fooly into the many Flipplings!

Neutral Attacks[edit]

  • Jab: Slingshot - Shoot up to 5 simple slingshot pellets foward.
  • Up Tilt: Headbutt - Fuzzle headbutts upwards.
  • Side Tilt: Ram - Fuzzle headbutts fowards. Can be aimed.
  • Down Tilt: Belly slide - Fooly belly slides a short distance forward.
  • Dash Attack: Trippy - Fooly trips and deals damage.

Aerial Attacks[edit]

  • Neutral: Flip - Both fools spin 360 degrees and hit enemies
  • Foward: Slingshot - Fooly shoots a slingshot pellet forwards.
  • Backward: Slingshot - Fooly shoots a slingshot pellet backwards.
  • Upward: Propellor - Fuzzle spins on Fooly's propellor, dealing damage.
  • Downward: Anvil - Fooly drops an anvil from a box.

Smash Attacks[edit]

  • Up Smash: Whackhammer Vertical Swing - Fooly swings the Whackhammer with an overhead strike.
  • Side Smash: Whackhammer Swing - Fooly swings the Whackhammer like anyone would.
  • Down Smash: Whackhammer Spin - Fooly spins the Whackhammer to hit both in front and behind.

Grabs & Throws[edit]

  • Pummel: Fuzzle headbonks the opponent.
  • Forward Throw: Éclair - Fooly holds up the Éclair of Power as a few Piffles quickly appear and disappear, dragging opponents with them.
  • Up Throw: Dynamite Catapult - Fooly loads the trapped foe in the catapult which launched dynamite and the Confetti Rocket in the Explosive New Year.
  • Back Throw: Gift Cannon - Fooly throws the opponent backwards while Fuzzle uses the Gift Cannon add-on of Fooly's Plane to blast an explosive gift towards the foe.
  • Down Throw: Box O' Pranks - The Box O' Pranks drops down and buries opponents for a short time.

Special Attacks[edit]

  • Standard Special 1: Pie Bomb - Fooly uses his slingshot to throw a Pie Bomb which deals fire damage and explodes. You can aim to a considerable degree.
  • Standard Special 2: Water balloon - Fooey's attack. Fooly uses his slingshot to throw a water balloon, which doesn't deal damage but pushes enemies when it hits.
  • Standard Special 3: Puf-fling! - Launch a faster projectile with less damage. It's a Puffle Stuffie!
  • Side Special 1: Special Whackhammer - Charge the whackhammer for a variety of effects or just swing it normally in a chopping motion. Medium charge flips opponents and ultimate charge releases an explosion.
  • Side Special 2: Wooden Sword - Foomy's attack. Swing a wooden sword. It's strong but you cannot charge it. You also have super armor.
  • Side Special 3: Pillow Fight - Fooey's attack. Swing a pillow and put enemies asleep. Charging it makes enemies sleep even longer.
  • Up Special 1: Turbo-boost - After an explosion, Fooly blasts forward with his jetpack surrounded by damaging fire while Fuzzle uses his propellor cap to spin around Fooly, creating a wind hitbox. This is one of the better recovery moves in the game.
  • Up Special 2: Rage - Foddy's attack. Boost yourself with an even larger and more damaging fire. No explosion and less flight.
  • Up Special 3: Parasol - Folly's attack. Fooly catches Fuzzle's wind and fly a long distance. Only deals damage at the parasol. Also, where does the explosion even come from at this point?
  • Down Special 1: Tornado Spin - Hit enemies with a barrage of spinning hits. Reflects projectiles and rises a little bit. Pressing the special attack button will even make you rise!
  • Down Special 2: Dazzle - Fobby's attack. Spin faster, but don't deal damage. At the end, a giant wave of light blasts opponents away.
  • Down Special 3: Spring Spin - Not only does this custom move make you fly higher, but it also puts damaging flowers on your enemies' heads! Doesn't deal much initial damage.

Final Smash[edit]

Puffle Fight!: Fooly and Fuzzle begin setting up a cannon, which Fuzzle loads with 100 puffles. Then, the puffles are quickly shot, at 10 puffles per second. Then, they shove in Majora the Cheesecracker Puffle, who causes massive knockback.

Other[edit]

Entrance[edit]

  • Fooly pops in with Fuzzle from a pile of snow, reminiscent of how he was introduced in the War Before Christmas.

Taunts[edit]

  • Up Taunt: Fooly waves at the screen and yells "HELLO, WHOEVER IS PLAYING THIS GAME !!!" while Fuzzle sticks his tounge out at the screen.
  • Side Taunt: Fooly raises a taco into the air and Fuzzle stares at the Taco, shouting "STRAY TACO!" like in the Paper Fooly comic strip.
  • Down Taunt: Fooly and Fuzzle do their victory dance.

Victory Animations[edit]

1. Fooly and Fuzzle do their trademark victory dance.

2. The screen appears empty, but Fooly and Fuzzle suddenly appear in the screen at the last second, scaring players who don't know what's coming.

3. A box is in the middle of the screen and Fooly and Fuzzle pop out with confetti.

Fool's Chat[edit]

Due to his alternate costumes transforming Fooly into the different Flipplings, he has a lot of comments on himself.

Against Fooly & Fuzzle[edit]

Flippling 1: Hey look! Another Flippling is in battle!

Fuzzle: And there's another Fuzzle?!

Flippling 2: Well, he appears to be... Fooly!

Fooly: Hey, hey! Are you ready for adventure? I'm glad you guys are palette swaps, so that other penguins can't complain that one of us "replaced" the other. Instant profit, eh?

Flippling 2: His signature whackhammer is an extremely powerful Smash attack, but also watch out for when he charges it with his side special! I bet you can also pull off something like that.

Flippling 1: Got it!

Against Fooey & Fuzzle[edit]

Flippling 1: Hey look! Another Flippling is in battle!

Fuzzle: And there's another Fuzzle?!

Flippling 2: Well, he appears to be... Fooey!

Fooey: *yawn* After this battle, I'm going to take a good nap.

Flippling 2: Though usually lazy, Fooey can deal some good damage! His regular attacks are on the weak side, though. And yours are too. Be careful!

Flippling 1: Ok!

Against Foddy & Fuzzle[edit]

Flippling 1: Hey look! Another Flippling is in battle!

Fuzzle: And there's another Fuzzle?!

Flippling 2: Well, she appears to be... Foddy!

Foddy: I don't care that you guys are related to me! You're still going down!

Flippling 2: Yikes! Be careful. She looks angry. Her spinning attack can deal a lot of damage if it traps you. You can do it too!

Flippling 1: Let's-a go!

Against Foopy & Fuzzle[edit]

Flippling 1: Hey look! Another Flippling is in battle!

Fuzzle: And there's another Fuzzle?!

Flippling 2: Well, he appears to be... Foopy!

Foopy: I don't like to fight... I'd rather defend if anything... but if I must...

Flippling 2: Speaking about defense, the Tornado Spin can deflect projectiles, so be careful when launching a slingshot pellet. Try using the Tornado Spin yourself, too!

Flippling 1: Victory is in the bag!

Against Folly & Fuzzle[edit]

Flippling 1: Hey look! Another Flippling is in battle!

Fuzzle: And there's another Fuzzle?!

Flippling 2: Well, she appears to be... Folly!

Folly: Let's make this a fair fight. No Johns! And finish it quickly, please. I wanna get back to my book.

Flippling 2: Watch out, as her recovery is one of the best in this game! Which means that yours is great too. Her special double jump uses her propellor, so it goes extra high. And yours too.

Flippling 1: Custard! Wait... what?

Against Foomy & Fuzzle[edit]

Flippling 1: Hey look! Another Flippling is in battle!

Fuzzle: And there's another Fuzzle?!

Flippling 2: Well, he appears to be... Foomy!

Foomy: Well, this is a fighting game, so I suppose a match or two couldn't hurt. Remember to take regular breaks, players! And brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes!

Flippling 2: The other Fuzzle's headbutt attacks are sharp due to the propellor blades. Your Fuzzle has the same properties. Well, you guys are palette swaps so it should be fairly equal...

Flippling 1: Piece of cake!

Against Fobby & Fuzzle[edit]

Flippling 1: Hey look! Another Flippling is in battle!

Fuzzle: And there's another Fuzzle?!

Flippling 2: Well, she appears to be... Fobby!

Fobby: My, my! Why am I not the main fighter and just a miserable palette swap? I obviously have more style than my siblings, plus I'm clearly everyone's favourite!

Flippling 2: *sigh* Can't she stop inflating her ego for once? Well, anyways, she can launch a projectile from her slingshot which travels in an arc. It usually is a Pie Bomb. Remember that you can also use this move.

Flippling 1: My boy, this peace is what ALL true warriors strive for!

Against Foolx & Fuzzle[edit]

Flippling 1: Hey look! Another Flippling is in battle!

Fuzzle: And there's another Fuzzle?!

Flippling 2: Well, he appears to be... wait... he isn't a Flippling... he's Foolx!

Foolx: I have no idea how is there more of one Fuzzle, but that won't stop me from begin the best! I'll take you all down!

Flippling 2: He is an X-Antibody, so he should have similar abilities to us. Many of his throws are projectile moves, so you can try to reflect them!

Flippling 1: Where do all of these Fuzzles come from?

Special Costume[edit]

Fooly & Fuzzle's special costume is turning Fooly into Foolx, the antagonist of the Fooly series.

Sensei[edit]

The master of Card-Jitsu and the trainer of all ninjas, Sensei is highly skilled with martial arts. While you can sometimes find him with a cup of tea, for now he's joined the battle to teach some young grasshoppers a lesson. When he uses a special or smash attack, a card will appear above him, showing an element and a number from 1 to 9. These will indicate the ever changing special moves and their power.

Generally, snow attacks deal moderate damage and have a chance of freezing, water attacks have large knockback but low range and fire attacks deal fire damage, which hurts a lot.

  • Foward: He shoves a pillow in front of him.
  • Backward:
  • Upward:
  • Downward: Aerial Bomber - He puts all of his weight into his bottom, and falls and slams the ground. Perfect for recovering.

Smash Attacks[edit]

  • Up Smash:
  • Side Smash: Sour Note - Mr Cow2 plays a bad note on his trumpet, sending opponents flying.
  • Down Smash:

Special Attacks[edit]

  • Standard Special 1: Rapid Paddleball - Holding the B button will unleash a fury of melee attacks. Release it to make the ball bounce away as a projectile. Keep doing the paddling attack to charge the ball attack.
  • Standard Special 2: Speedy Paddleball - The attack does less damage, but does more damage per second. The projectile is faster but weaker too. This is the hardest form of the attack to intercept.
  • Standard Special 3: Mega Paddleball - The ball becomes huge, making it deal more damage, but also making it slower. This also applies to it in its projectile form. This is the easiest form of the attack to intercept.
  • Side Special 1: Spinny Punch - Mr Cow2 will swing his arms rapidly all around him while moving forward a bit. Holding the B button will make this last longer.
  • Side Special 2: Dizzy Punch - The attack does much more damage, but Mr Cow2 can't move as far while preforming the move and he is left dizzy for about 3 seconds afterwards.
  • Side Special 3: Shooty Punch - The attack's damage decreases, but he can cover a much wider distance because he can move farther.
  • Up Special 1: Mr Moo2 - Mr Cow2 glides up on his cape. Crash landing into the stage is optional.
  • Up Special 2: Sled Racer Parachute - Has both great vertical and horizontal velocity. The downside is that this does not deal any damage at all.
  • Up Special 3:
  • Down Special 1: Mr Cow2 Bomb - Mr Cow2 jumps up in the air a bit forward to where he's standing and slams his booty on the ground.
  • Down Special 2: Slip-up - Mr Cow2 wets the floor with a mop. Anybody who touches the wet spot will slip and fall, rendering them dizzy. The mop itself cannot deal a lot of damage.
  • Down Special 3: Minion - Mr Cow2 winds up a windup mouse. The mouse is not able to walk on walls and will not stop until it explodes on contact or falls off the stage.

Final Smash[edit]

Cheese! - Mr Cow2 throws a giant wedge of cheese, summoning a stampede of orange puffles. If anybody gets hit by the cheese however, they will take more damage from the stampede than usual.

Other[edit]

Entrance[edit]

  • A computer literally imports Mr Cow2 onto the stage.

Taunts[edit]

  • Up Taunt: He waves to where the most players are and says "So long, suckers!"
  • Side Taunt: He spins around and then throws a fake punch and grunts war-like.
  • Down Taunt: He just shrugs.

Victory Animations[edit]

1. Mr Cow2 tries to swallow the block of cheese from his final smash in celebration, but can't.

Fool's Chat[edit]

Fooly: And here we have Mr Cow2!

Fuzzle: I hear he's from an alternate reality called "Wikia".

Folly: Yeah! He used to be the secret identity of a Super Penguin, but when he came here, he left all of that behind to get a new, better life.

Fooly: Apparently, he also gets nightmares from eating new things. And flytraps. I wonder why?

Folly: How should we know? Well, whatever. If he tries to deal a lot of damage with his Paddleball attack, try using your shield and dodge!

Special Costume[edit]

Mr Cow2's special costume is his alternate superhero form known as Mr Moo2, but without the cape. When using his up special, he looks exactly like Mr Moo2.

How to Unlock[edit]

  • Snowtendo 3DS: See the Proto-Bot shaped hole in the Puffle Training Room in the Elite Penguin Force stage while playing as Mr Cow2.
  • Vii U: Play as Mr Cow2 on the Horrible Nightmare stage.

SNOW AND PALS series[edit]

SnowIcon.png A series consisting of tons of characters, all relating to Snow Fuzzball.

Snow[edit]

Snow freezes to victory!

The mayor has arrived! This rough, tough puffle came from his own city called Puffleville. A master of ice and freezing, he won't leave without a fight, though he is hurt 1.5 times more if you attack him with fire. His palette swaps outfit him in the various hats he wore in his many roles in PuffleVille, including the fearful Rapto.

Neutral Attacks[edit]

  • Jab: Mallet - Does two swings with his mallet, quickly followed up with a spinning mallet swing.
  • Forward Tilt - Flings himself at a foe whilst holding his mallet in front of him.
  • Up Tilt: Swinging Hammer - Snow waves his hammer upwards.
  • Down Tilt: Puffle Pipe - Snow deals a low blow a narrow, but long pipe. Anyone caught in it is dealt with low damage.
  • Dash Attack: Frosty's Helm - Dives sideways to the ground wearing Frosty's hat.

Aerial Attacks[edit]

  • Neutral: Blurp - Takes out a fish tank containing Blurp, and then Blurp flops out of the tank, dealing a good amount of damage to anyone hit.
  • Forward: Box - Snow swings a box at opponents. Great for a 'wall of pain' setup.
  • Backward: Hisser - FrostByte is sent out and bites an opponent. When FrostByte is an Assist Trophy, using this move triggers the box to close on an opponent instead.
  • Upward: Squall - Summons a gust of air. Extremely frustrating to many players, this move can keep opponents airborne.
  • Downward: Chomper - Snow rides on Chomper and crash-lands directly below himself.

Smash Attacks[edit]

  • Forward Smash: Frigid Heat - Holds out a torch, which can freeze opponents. (He somehow got it from outer space, so it's undeniably cold.)
  • Up Smash: Ice Jab - Does a punch upwards, punching anyone above himself.
  • Down Smash: Power Ice - Do a quick spin, hitting both sides with icy breath.

Special Attacks[edit]

  • Standard Special 1: Ice Breath - Snow breathes out ice in front of himself. Deals small, constant damage and might freeze opponents.
  • Standard Special 2: Ice Ball - Snow breathes out a small iceball which bounces in the ground. Being hit by the iceball freezes and gives a good amount of damage.
  • Standard Special 3: Breath - Snow blows in front of himself. This pushes opponents, but doesn't hurt them.
  • Side Special 1: Ice Draw - Holds up his mallet, and holds an ice cube with a number from 1 to 9. The larger, the stronger his mallet is.
  • Side Special 2: Daring Draw - Holds his mallet, and holds an ice cube with either the number 1 or the number 9. The 9 is less powerful.
  • Side Special 3: Combo Draw - Same as the original version, but the number of times this is used makes the number increase. After 9, it will start over.
  • Up Special 1: Ski Jump - Do a quick jump on skis upward. A bit less ranged than most recoveries, but it hits really hard and can meteor smash opponents.
  • Up Special 2: Sled Jump - Do a quick jump in a sled upward. Apart from the not-so-high third jump, you also get a fourth jump, which is off the sled. Horizontal movement is more limited. The sled can't meteor smash, but still deals damage.
  • Up Special 3: Super Jump - Do a quick jump. This move deals no damage.
  • Down Special 1: Ice Block - Drop an ice block into the ground, which buries or freezes opponents. Attacking it will send it sliding the way attacked.
  • Down Special 2: Melting Block - The block melts when it lands, making the ground below it temporally slippery.
  • Down Special 3: Bomb Block - Drop it and KA-BOOM! Tap B twice to make it blow up before it lands. This can be used for recovery.

Final Smash[edit]

Snowball Mayhem: Snow creates a large snowball and tosses it. Anyone in it's way will get decently damaged and the Snowball will bounce off them. It grows anytime its rolling on the ground traps opponents inside when its larger than them.

Other[edit]

  • Grab: Swing - Swings his mallet forwards.
  • Pummel: Hurl - Blows icy breath, and then swings his mallet, and ends by swinging a bell. (Yes, a bell.)
  • Forward Throw: Burst - Blows the opponent upward, and then smacks them away.
  • Backward Throw: Re-Burst - Same as above, but smacks them backwards from the direction Snow's facing.
  • Upward Throw: Ice-eat - Eats the opponent, and spits them out upwards. Is very fast. Larger foes take longer to spit out.
  • Down Throw: Licks-A-Lot - Licks the opponent and flings himself upwards as he licks them one last time.
  • Floor Attack: Whack-a-foe - Swings his mallet the direction he's facing in, and then swings it the opposite direction.
  • Edge Attack: Ringer - Attacks while holding a bell.

Taunts[edit]

  • Up taunt: Snow blows into the air. If an opponent is caught in the air, they'll take 3% damage.
  • Side taunt: Snow looks at where the closest player is, and shouts, "Get on my level, (insert Player, CPU 1,2,3,4, Wiibo Player)!".
  • Down Taunt: Cutely spins around while saying: Ha ha, you'll lose!

Idle Poses[edit]

1.Snow briefly takes out his mallet and then swings it, and then puts it back.

2.Snow looks behind him and then sighs.

3.Briefly hops in place. After this, he shakes himself.

Entrance[edit]

  • Snow hops from a cloud, landing on the stage with his mallet, and puts it behind him.

Victory Animations[edit]

1. Hops around cutely in many different poses.

2. Swings his mallet.

3. Jumps up and down adorably.

Fool's Chat[edit]

Fooly: I have never seen this White Puffle around... AND IT'S ADORABLE!

Fuzzle: So cute!

Fooly: So cute!

Folly: That's Snow P. Fuzzball. He wasn't introduced until recently, when he was announced as the Mayor of PuffleVille.

Fuzzle: That sounds like a name for a Puffle Crossing stage.

Folly: That's Puffle TOWN. Anyways, most of his moves involve ice and freezing, so try using your Pie Bombs or any fire-based weapon to successfully intercept most of his attacks.

Special Costume[edit]

Snow's special costume is a costume similar to when he becomes Rapto.

How to Unlock[edit]

Snowtendo 3DS: Play as Snow on the Pufflescape stage, and fall into the abyss from a White Puffle.

Vii N: Play on the PuffleVille stage, and summon FrostByte as any Puffle character.

Fool's Chat[edit]

Folly: That one Penguin is an actor... of sorts. His name is Mcdonalds.

Fuzzle: So he makes us fat for his Final Smash? (laughs)

Folly: Actually, his Final Smash is throwing a football. A rugby-style football. The ones we used for Antartican Football, not rugby. No, wait...

Fooly: So he has attacks based on sports!

Folly: What? No. His attacks take inspiration from the real-life religion "Christianism".

Fooly: WHAT?! Another religion? Didn't the Bureau of Fiction create the universe?

Folly: Well, yes, but...

Fuzzle: All of this mumbo jumbo is messing with our heads!

Folly: Just go and beat him up or whatever, ok?
