It doesn't matter. Again, I don't think the USA would tolerate Shops grabbing mainland Antarctic land. A state is higher than a territory in a hierarchy, and if it is a state it means all the residents there are officially 100% Shopper citizens. Yes, in the same vein that Alaskans aren't Americans, for example, they're Alaskans. Your point is moot - Shops acquired both of these territories a long time ago and making them states isn't "expanding the empire" in anyway. Alaska was a territory bought out by the U.S from Russia in the 1800's and was admitted into the Union that same year as a territory. In 1959, it applied and got statehood along with Hawaii, another territory. He's okay to do that. -Wonderweez ^{(Talk · Contribs)} 21:09, 1 October 2015 (UTC)

I think this is fine- but my concern about the flags still stands. The current flags are much better than the bland versions you uploaded a while ago :3 Also considering the Shopper government gave them these redesigned flags in 2013, it seems alright imo to let them keep them (The Delphis flag has the Shops "logo" on it, so surely it's ok?).
