Well Penstubal said that he would end the crisis with a Western Union-enforced blockade on East Pengolia. However, knowing your reputation, I know that you wouldn't want the crisis to end like that so feel free to discuss about your preferred outcome. --

If you want it to escalate into a war, sure, the United Provinces can participate too. But I just have one request:
- If you are gonna punish East Pengolia, don't punish them by annexing them or making them a colony or puppet. Please. I don't want to annex it either; I would like it to be a Republic of East Pengolia, a democratic, free country with good relations with its neighbors. And maybe in February or March 2016 it can petition to rejoin West Pengolia, but I suppose you wouldn't like that? Perhaps we can do an East Pengolian Civil War or sth after this crisis?

Surely Zhou wouldn't allow a fellow communist country to be trampled on by a Western Nation like the UP. Rusca probably wouldn't like the illegal UP bombings either I would think. So, it seems like it'd be fair to add in that Zhou threatened War and Rusca supported (also feeling a little belittled by their former sphereling), after the illegal UP bombings, and so the phones were rung and all leaders met in Castilla and agreed to 4, and maybe 1 and 5 ONLY USA agents & troops (part of the FRU so they don't rly have a choice), with an additional demand of reparations from the Snowinians (or the whole coalition) for damages from the bombings.
