Talk:Free CP Alliance
Some things:
- Your army can't "control" the territory shown in a legal sense, because it actually belongs to the USA. It could certainly have a lot of leverage and influence in those regions.
- The government described is not democratic; it is an elective monarchy. Also, since the army doesn't really own or control its territory, it can't hold cases in its own courts (at least, not officially). Those cases would be held in the USA's court system.
- This one is a bit more nitpicky. Islands are not made of ice; they're made of rock. You can't exactly melt an island like you melt an ice cube.
- CP is not north of the Antarctic Circle.
Suggestions for improvement:
- You could have the army pitted against the USA, striving for control of its territory.
- The government could describe itself as "free" and "democratic", but could actually be a dystopian monarchy (it seems likely, seeing as the elections could be rigged by elite members of the army). After all, North Korea's official name is the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Lol, some article stealer once tried to turn Southern Ocean City into a Democratic Republic. I tried to fix the the FCP Alliance before, but it seems it got even more OOC and Mary Sue. Icmer In Nyc I don't understand--why must you torment me all the time with your uneducated statements? You want proof that I did this? Fine. 14:45, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
I think the problem here is that OpenID doesn't know what continuity is. Maybe he could read up on the OOC policy and some articles related to armies and countries? Yours Truly, Explorer 767 (Prince Zuko, you must try this CAKE!) v • e 19:38, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
Well the thing is, the whole thing is based in the future. And Disney Club Penguin stated that Club Penguin can be melted in the Dsi game Hebert's Revenge. The point of the FCPA(Free CP Alliance) was to take down the Purple Republic. But seeing that they never wanted another war like that to happen again, they take down empires and armies to bring peace. Yes the FCPA has a weird government as they elect an emperor every ten years. I will change it to a king and remove the election for ruler, but citizens can elect for the consul. The consul is a group of men and women that explain things in their own eyes to the king. The whole thing is based like 5 years ahead of when I'm writing this. So as you can see they do have some democracy in their system. --OpenIDUser3 19:57, 9 August 2011 (UTC) Also known as Feey1!
The problem is that there's already a country in that territory, and they're not exactly going anywhere in the next 5 years. You'll need to work out the relationship between the FCPA and the other country.
Also, since it's an alliance of CP armies, shouldn't it be based closer to Club Penguin? Yours Truly, Explorer 767 (Prince Zuko, you must try this CAKE!) v • e 20:02, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
The government's still not democratic; it's a monarchy. A democratic government would be one where all the people get an equal say in political decisions; here, the only one who can make decisions is a king. The council discuss problems, and report them to the king. The king will work with his council to find a solution to solve the problem. Then the king gives the final answer and then repairs the problem.
But the people can complain to the king and his council.

Yes I have seen that page before, it is a really good page. But of course the FCPA is at war with them. The USA has met its match, the FCPA. Even before you telling me this I knew the FCPA was at war with these guys. The FCPA has one thought, and one thought only: Destroy every empire and army in its way and make a new empire.

That's still a monarchy.
Also, the whole "war" thing with the USA (remember it's a superpower with multiple allies)? You can't go around destroying all the other countries in Antarctica. Other users before you have worked hard to write them, and it's not fair for a new one to just beat them all. The USA is a superpower in-universe, anyhow, with many allies, and I doubt they could be easily defeated. Besides, CP belongs to the USA, so how could an anti-USA government be located in CP?
You and I need to work this out with the other users here. Yours Truly, Explorer 767 (Prince Zuko, you must try this CAKE!) v • e 20:48, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
Country?[edit]
I'll have to be blunt. I think the problem here is that you keep on treating FCPA like a country. It's not a country; it's an alliance of five armies to assist in the protection of CP. It can't tax citizens of the USA (that would count as extortion) or govern the USA's territory, or even have territory at all in a legal sense. Unless you're going to make it a country, it doesn't make sense for the organization to do those things. I will make it Country. --OpenIDUser3 00:22, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
Then it can't really be an alliance (most of those armies don't belong to you, anyway), and it has to be an island nation. I would suggest talking to Swiss Ninja or TurtleShroom about trying to make a new country. Yours Truly, Explorer 767 (Prince Zuko, you must try this CAKE!) v • e 00:49, 10 August 2011 (UTC)

If it's OOC, it can be fixed and integrated. Icmer In Nyc I don't understand--why must you torment me all the time with your uneducated statements? You want proof that I did this? Fine. 21:22, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
It's not OOC, it's obsolete. The creator is working on a different country. Yours Truly, Explorer 767 (Prince Zuko, you must try this CAKE!) v • e 21:27, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
