Articles of Seizure

According to our OOC Policy,

So, I am calling for the seizure of this article from Nicktang, and thus SlenderXP as well. Not only has Nick not edited this article once since he adopted it two years ago, but the only purpose of it was to annex Hailvale. My problem is, Hailvale seems to be a decent country, and Iamred is a good president, according to this article, his own article, and Red Island. So, Margate's explanation that Hailvale was annexed because they murdered nearly 200 Margatians seems extremely OOC for the articles. If seized, this article shall become fair game, be reverted to a Free Republic under control of President Iamred, and have somewhat of a Personal Union with red Island. If Hailvale had been responsible for those actions, I would think the USA would step in and fix the police force on the island, rather than letting it be annexed by a former Free Republic.
