I once saw this Governance priest that could stand on one flipper and juggle three briefcases with his webbed feet, while wearing his vestments and administering Tech-Time... BALENCING ON A SCHOOL DESK. It was amazing. He wanted to ask if he could join your Freak Show part-time. He also notes that he is licensed to conduct a circuit Tech-Time, so he could provide a Governance sermon after your show. His only request is to return to his original telenacle every summer, and it's back on the circus the rest of the year.
Supposedly, he comes from this backwoods telenacle that has a congregation of thirty five, and he learned how to do that to attract visitors to his sermons. He's done it every Wednesday for the past fourteen years. Not a freak, but still... SO COOL! He really wants to join.
