Talk:Marriage and Family Act
Homosexuality is legal. The Constitution of the United States of America says so. And I would had thought that gay marriage was legal in Polaris - in fact, I would had thought that same-sex laws in Polaris would had passed BEFORE Colonial Antarctica and during Olde Antarctica.--John (talk|blog|contribs) 15:28, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
I don't get why people hate on homosexuality. I honestly don't get the problem with it. This explains my thoughts quite nicely. My subjects, one and all,Your king has returned!
Well, because some people believe it is wrong. Whether it be Religious beliefs or personal opinion. --

I think this will cause polemic. --PenBlooeR 18:06, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
Yeah...this will only cause too much fighting. Yes, TS disagreed on Gay Marriage like me and may have expressed his opinion stronger than I, but TS's idea to ban Gay marriage here goes FAR beyond his own opinions and beliefs. It was to prevent any fights and controversy. This wiki isn't just about marriage! It's about having fun and creating memorable characters and stories! We should really avoid controversial topics altogether and keep things on a level mediator ground.
Now, just because we dont agree with homosexuality doesnt mean we hate the people. Aeronachos is an amazing person who has established a crucial genre to the wiki that i could not see without. (the airplane industry...) Heck, anyone can join our wiki, of whatever race or status, but should we really bring in controversy into the wiki? Have we forgotten morals and civil agreement?
We all must remember that there are two sides of this story! Gay Marriage is a controversial subject, along with other things like Religion, Abortion, and Drugs. We have people on both sides. But the thing is, if we are going to have a successful wiki, we need to stay politically neutral, with no bias towards conservatives or liberals.
and FYI: WE ARE A WEBSITE, NOT A COUNTRY. Let's focus on what really needs to be accomplished on things worthwhile.

[1], [2], [3]. Whilst I'm debating whether it's a choice or genetics, homosexuality is confirmed to be natural by this. The majority of people aren't homophobic and we're putting them off! On Club Penguin you're allowed be gay and not get banned; if they did, then you simply need to email some LGBT group or ACLU and you'll get it all over the New York Times ;).--John (talk|blog|contribs) 06:42, 3 July 2012 (UTC)
We're not debating if mosexuality is a matter of genetics or not. I'm not homphobic, but I think we should ban homosexuality and any other polemic themes (religion, abortion and drugs, as SN said) from our articles, to avoid bias and fights and keep the neutral point of view. Users should be able to talk about this on their userpages, the IRC and anywhere else, though. --PenBlooeR 15:09, 3 July 2012 (UTC)
