Mistake

Up until the year 2000,Colonial Antarctica was the presiding government over Antarctica.And before that,Old Antarctica ruled over Antartica.Please fix this.

But the history on the USA's page said "scattered penguin colonies over Antarctica]]. I don't really understand. I though Colonial Antarctica was supposed to be individual republics or kingdoms. Somebody should create to decide final decisions. Also, the state is the size of about, Guam, America all joined and is too small. The entire history of the town is completely wrong. There was never a "Kingdom of Eastshield". If you want the full story, I posted it on DP's talk page. Read it there, and please fix up the article.
