They are clones of the original Imperial Nexonan Army. The only reason that they aren't destroyed is because they have been discharged. In a way, they are successful, if you don't mind your soldiers fighting their whole lives for you. Some of these Nexonan Penguins aren't for military use. Rather, the Emperor got request from childless Nexonan oligarchs to clone an 'offspring' from them. Since these offsprings are also genetically engineered, they also have the same abilities and weaknesses. However, there is a huge difference between military Nexonan Penguins and commercial Nexonan Penguins. The military clones are more stronger and faster than normal penguins, while the commercial ones have better business sense than most penguins and more intelligent. --Slenderman Majulah Singapura! 12:07, 15 April 2014 (UTC)
