Conflicting OOC stuff?

RHFan adopted this article last year, and made it a colony of UPI. Which makes sense since Tel Ah Phon apparently doesn't have a military. However, I thought it was against the policy to completely change an article after you adopt it, which is what RHFan seems to have done. He changed the flag and removed the Coat of Arms (which is fine as a colony), but he also changed the languages, cities/city names, and the entire history of the country. Formerly it was founded sometime in the 1700s or 1800s by "Queen PenguinHaHa" or something, and now it was discovered by a Puffish explorer in the 1930s.

Just bringing this up because I'm pretty sure I read in the policy somewhere that if you adopt an article you can expand upon content that's already there, but not remove original content and/or replace it with your own. To be honest, I think we could incorporate RHfan's history into the old stuff as well, just to be fair on both sides. WannaTalk? 05:27, 17 June 2014 (UTC)
