Any user has the right to edit any article as long as they don't have any OOC. If the OOC holder disapproves of something, then they may remove the OOC content.

Ok, I'm putting my input here on-the-books. Slender: If you planned on getting "control" of this article in any way, just get that out of your head because it isn't happening. To everyone else reverting Slender's recent edit: stop please. Just because you don't want him taking over the article (I agree with you) doesn't mean that he shouldn't edit it at all. The edit that everyone keeps reverting seems fine to me, it only changes a few things grammatically, and none of it seems OOC.
