• The only reason why I suggested Amataria in the first place is because Acadia is in the Free Republic Union while Margate is in the Zeta Connections, but since some of you like the potential of the WU's affairs being meddled by the USA, that's not my problem either since I am breaking a tie. • I'm not a part of the Circle Powers, but I'd suggest either a city on Sherby Hoodwounds or a city in one of Snowiny's states (pufflepelago, maybe city of dolphinas, not terrorist penland). Artificial island is meh... and Acadia's kinda meh. A city-state that also serves as the capital city of the WU? The only advantage I could see is its close proximity to Antarctica/UAN, though it's not that much closer than any of the other countries since the UAN capital is South Pole City (or so I'd assume). Why Acadia?

I support Acadia because it is literally in the center of it all, as in, right in the center between all the members of the union. Amataria is way too far away, it's in Asiapelago for goodness sake and there is not a single member of our union close to them. It would take diplomats a very long time to get to that side of Antarctica, and messages from a Western Union Headquarters in Amataria would arrive slowly to the north, to Margate and others. Acadia is really the best place to make it; we don't have to work too much and it is right in the center of it all, and I don't think it's bad to raise Acadia's significance in the union at least /a bit/. As for the USA meddling in our affairs, that would not be possible; and maybe we can make a deal that would sign Acadia out of the Free Republic Union and make it fully independent and a sovereign nation at last, or at least sign an agreement with USA over how much power it will have with Acadia.

Personally, Acadia should definitely be the union capital. I also think Acadia should be allowed to exit the Free Republic Union, in favor of full independence and sovereignty. Brant has worked a lot on the country and despite all his threats to quit and ... lots of salt spewed sometimes, I think he worked really hard on Acadia. --Penstubal ^{(Talk) (Edits)} 13:24, 10 January 2016 (UTC)
