Tar Tar Peng, born Percy T. Peng, middle name Tenor. He lived a pretty regular life and got a job at a tar tar sauce factory.

He worked there for three years and was an expert at it. People started calling him Tar Tar Peng, or just Tar due to this. One day, a mischievous employee jammed a machine and blamed Tar, and he was fired.

He later got a job as an attorney for the Good Guys, and became an expert.
