|departmen[sic]  = If it's not a head of state or top of a company/bureaucracy, it'll be in a department. The Minister of Denial would be in the Executive Cabinet, for instance. That would be his DEPARTMENT. Note that it's speleld "departmen". IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO THAT.
