A random non-sense treaty which Robert Smith signed to become president of Snowiny. This is the second most boring treaty ever. Better not waste 7 hours trying to read this.
The Contract[edit]
By the law and government of Snowiny, Robert Smith promises to use all his president powers only to help the citizens of Snowiny itself. Shall Robert dare to abuse his powers, the government and law of Snowiny has the right to sue and arrest Robert Smith for the time of 120 years. By signing the contract, Robert promises to equally care and love all the citizens of Snowiny, no matter who or what they are, some random criminal, prisoner, crazy car idiot, a bug, a monkey, Mabel, Director Benny, ANYONE.
