The Dark Plumber (born Remus Rusev; October 6th, 1996) is a wannabe villain that sneaks into houses, and clogs toilets. He is most known for carrying around a blue book titled "How to be a super-villain" which he reads when in need to handle situations he's in. Despite researching good advice for super-villains, he is often considered a "minor inconvenience" to others and is very sensitive about that. He is a member of the group L.O.U.I.S.X.I.V

Background

The Dark Plumber was hatched in Dorkugal on October 6th, 1996. When he was two years old, he and his parents had to migrate to Chinstrap due to financial issues. At five years old, he started kindergarten. His dorkugese descent made him academically excel above the other students, however, this would also mean he had low self-esteem. He was often picked on by the others because they were insecure over their intelligence, and it was fun to make him cry. He was too afraid to tell anyone because he feared he would get beat up. To escape from this, he would often read comic books.

Throughout grade school, he would continue to be bullied until he reached 10th grade. That year, he met Joey Rudypoo, who would go on to become his best friend. He and Joey would also go on to befriend the other members of L.O.U.I.S.X.I.V.. Together, they all dropped out of high school and formed the group. After the formation, The Dark Plumber would start clogging toilets and still does.

Appearance

He has black feathers. He also wears a black superhero mask. He has a plunger on his head that he also uses when clogging toilets. He wears a striped shirt from a Rockhopper visit. He also carries his book around constantly.

Personality

He has low self-esteem as a regular penguin. However, he uses his poor self image as fuel to believe that he ruins the days of others and ironically has a big ego about his villainy. He is also very sensitive, if you roll your eyes him, he will throw a snowball at you and run away crying. If he is mocked and ridiculed, he goes in his room, locks his door, blocks his window, and doesn't come out of his house for 4 days. However, when you catch him clogging your toilet, he yells his catchphrase and jumps out the window. He also tends to pout when the police catch him and don't acknowledge his "true crime".

• Xorai is his rolemodel. (He really is a misguided super-villain)

• He is often picked on by Joey Rudypoo, his best friend.

• He is viral on PengTube due to his laughable attempts at intimidating his victims, much like the other members of L.O.U.I.S.X.I.V.

• His parents believe that he now learns from a private tutor.

• He often sleeps when on the toilet

• He goes to therapy due to the torment he received from his peers growing up.

• During one of his clogging missions, he went after a super-toilet. He went crazy after realizing this and to this day still talks about it in therapy.

• He and the rest of L.O.U.I.S.X.I.V believe that they get their powers from the sun which is why their hideout is called the "Sun Temple".

• He washes his flippers regularly.
