Old Pengolia, back then called Pengolia, and originally founded as The Land of Khanz, was the last truly Khanz nation after the High Penguin Confederacy conquered them in 764, wiping out their identity for the next millennium.

Old Pengolia, founded as the Land of Khanz, immediately emerged right after the fall of the Babbelonian Empire.
