The Snowinian Council is the parliament building of Snowiny. A council meeting occurs once every year, usually in the later part of the year (October, November and December) or the first month of next year (January), or when an emergency meeting is called by one of the states. Each state gets 2 representatives. The states are North Snowiny, South Snowiny, Penland, Puffepelago, Okan, Andera, Penguski, Atumland, Slavenia and Neval, making a total number of 20 representatives. There is also the Speaker of the House, Janko Peterkic, and in some meetings, the king is also present too.
