Tiny is a monster/penguin/dragon hybrid and the main antagonst of whatever series User:Mr Cow2 does and is notorious for dying and being revived in every appearance he makes (Yes, that's going to be a thing now. Deal with it).

Personality[edit]
Tiny's personality is usually condescending, but it just comes off as him being plain silly, much like a child shooting their parent with a toy gun and expecting them to fall over.
Tiny gets very agitated very easily. He's a self-proclaimed "bulldozer" when provoked, but in reality he's quite harmless (see abilities section). His voice is even worse; he sounds like Ian James Corlett (the same person who voiced "Coconuts" from "The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog...yeah...)
Abilities[edit]
Despite his silly demeanor, Tiny actually has a dark secret; he's an assassian, but can only kill in NIGHTMARES. To aid him, he can create monsters in dreams based on his victims' real life trauma and fears. For example: If a penguin chocked on an apple (or a rotten apple core) and almost died, Tiny would be able to create giant, sentient, evil apples with big, toothy grins. If he catches a lucky break and succeeds, the victim will never wake up again...
However, outside of these fabrications of the mind, Tiny is almost completely harmless. He loses his dream powers and has to rely on physical strength which, between You and me, isn't anything to gawk at. His self policy is "Might makes Right".
This being said, Tiny is extremely prone to death, but keeps coming back through unexplained reasons.
Another aspect about Tiny is that he is, well, Tiny. He's around the height of Mr Cow2's (would-be) knee, and even then, Mr Cow2 is smaller than most penguins.
He cannot read, write, and can only barely type.
Appearance[edit]
Tiny has no current look, so either the author of this article wants it to be left up to the reader's imagination, or got frustrated trying to draw him (it's the latter)
