Tonkaice is a penguin that went missing sometime between 2007 and 2013.

Before[edit]
Tonkaice was a pretty normal penguin in his day: he waddled around, talked to people, and just hung out. He, however, didn't like change. He definitely hated the wrath of Pookies. Some say he was the truest rare penguin of them all. Tonkaice, before he went missing, had a normal appearance. He was average in stature, and was red-colored, with a party hat or some other type of hat (sometimes a Green Toque). Some say he resembled Rockhopper with his eyebrows. He was said to have a laidback, easygoing personality, but emotionally sensitive. He did not speak in "text talk" a lot, mostly due to the war on the Pookies, and instead focused more on common English spelling.
Theories[edit]
Since 2013, penguins have been trying to figure out why Tonkaice disappeared. Theorizers say that he left because of the Takeovers. Others say he wanted to do something different with his life. Some even claim he's dead, shot down in the War in Snowiny (GSWVI). Theories have been speculating that he himself is the Rare Wanderer, a penguin that walks around forests.

Tonkaice was in a division of the Mwa Mwa Attackers. In his war days. he fought against many pookies. Not much is known about whether he was a good soldier or not, but what we do know is that he survived, only to go missing some time later.
Possible Death Theory[edit]
There is an ongoing theory that Tonkaice died, or left Club Penguin Island to go in exile in another location. It is unknown as to why he would be dead. A theory is he died in a similar fashion to Ford Car.
