The elusive and cunning Triago is an unknown assailant whom resides in Munijoch. He often works alone, without any help from outside sources, sporting a black cloak, a mask with three strikes across it, and an assorted number of knives. Before anyone can confront him, he often disappears in a vortex, or like an invisibility cloak. His appearance is often associated with the President's disappearance.

He said himself that he spares no mercy upon the evils of the world, and that all those whom commit crimes against life shall be punished by his fury.

Background

Triago was born from a cauldron of hate. As a result, he's cold, calculating, and often goes to great lengths to get a job done.

Childhood

Triago himself said, much similar to Joseph, that he was raised in a WhiteBlood military camp when the regime was in power. He was approached by a figure named Victor Malkov about a possible coup against the WhiteBloods. He was hesitant until he saw his parents being dragged to the aptly named 'The Block.' That drove him to the edge of his insanity, activating his dormant Gladiator's Vision and sending him on a rampage through the training camp.

Victor emerged from the rubble, smiling and holding out his hand in an offer to him he couldn't refuse: be part of history. He accepted, and began the path to being Triago.

Early Adult

When he was an adult, he was placed in command as a commander for the rebel army. He felt, however, his troops could not successfully carry out a task. To this, he began to dawn a black suit and knife to assassinate the targets his troops could not get. The missions were always successful, to which he pinned his troops to be the assailant. Due to this, he and his troops made groundbreaking impacts on the WhiteBlood front, pushing them back to Mt. Graxxar.

By the time the war was over, he confiscated all the weaponry of the WhiteBloods to be placed inside a hidden warehouse in a classified location. He frequently built contraptions of his own, due to his military experience. He lived an alter ego of a friendly, happy, military commander, but by night, he turned into Triago.

Present Day

Triago had parts in the corruption and fall of Victor Malkov, to which he helped control insurgent WhiteBloods who sought to take advantage of the situation. When the new president was instated, he moved the warehouse to the Presidential Mansion, accessible via a mirror. Not many people know who he truly is, and some have even called him a criminal, calling for his capture. He remains elusive to this day.

Only a few people know his true identity, that being Joseph. That includes:

Characteristics

Triago often dawns a mask, colored white but with three red strikes across it, and with red, glowing eyes, similar to a vortex. His cloak is unique in the sense no one knows what it's made from, but the inside its lined with knives. He has two PULSE Pistols in holsters, as well as two Vibro-Knives. Many other weapons are available for him, but they are stored in his warehouse.

Powers

Triago has an on board A.I unit known only as 3-X, which keeps his vitals, heart rate, stamina, and proximity of enemies in check via satellite. He is able to disappear without a trace, most likely aided by a PULSE Reactor or his eyes. His combat skills are legendary, able to blink behind enemies or wield a large blade for larger targets. By controlling the way he swings his blade, he can summon a disorienting tornado that he can use to vacuum slice his enemies with.

Weaknesses

• Triago often shows sympathy to those whom he shared a past with. This is outlined when he meets Maria's brother.
• He has a tendency to rant on and on about topics.
