Tropicalis (/ˈtrɒpıkælız/; Spanish: Tropicalia, pronounced trop-i-kal-is) is a country several hundred miles west of Dorkugal consisting of 13 islands. It is known for it's many tropical and very clean beaches, blue skies, hot weather and clean water. Many penguin choose Tropicalis to go to for vacation. It is comprised of many provinces with capitals (see the Provinces section section for more info). Tropicalis is home to a few major cities which include Tropicapolis, Lagois City, New Sandboro and Beakciudad. The capital of Tropicalis is Tropicapolis. Tropicalis does it's best to form relationships with other countries and become stronger together this way. The country is known for it fruits (coconuts, banans, mangoes, red bananas) which are farmed and sold in various markets and said to be some of the best.

It used to be made out of different ethnic penguin tribes (Adelie, Emperor, Kanta) that were rather distant and hadn't made contact with each other. In it's early stages, it used to be Arctiana, a nation formed by friendship and with Pengtivius I as their leader which all happened around the 14th century. It had two civil wars in total and was after a few years, finally accumulated peace and the countries were united altogether. Nowadays, it has many tourists year-round especially from Shops Island. It is also a member state of the Western Union, having been a member state since the 28th of August 2016. Tropicalis' main languages are English and Spanish and many penguins here speak English but Spanish is still used. Most penguins are educated in both languages.

Tropicalis cares very much about allies, friendship and their own population. The current president, Penguino Lagois IV, does his best to listen to their opinions and protect them as much as he can. Tropicalis has 1 known colony named Gernomia which was discovered before the country was renamed to Tropicalis. The population is considered by some to be evenly balanced, though most consider this statement false, as there are many different species in the other penguins category, with some being much bigger than others. Tropicalis is currently inhabited by penguins of all kinds, the most frequent being Emperor Penguins. Enemies and villains include S.H.A.R.K., who has long wanted more power for themselves, and a terrorist organization called New Pengstado, lead by the descendant of the former Pengstado rebellion and a relatively new organization as well as a possible UPM branch.

History

Pre-History

Tropicalis was first inhabited by puffles and conquered by the Penguin Empire around 140 BC and built a city where Lagois City would be today. The city was a very popular trading port with other parts of the Penguin Empire in the mainland. After the many wars against the new and final emperor of the Penguin Empire, the city that would one day be under the streets of Lagois City was brought down to ruin and destruction. Many penguins fled from the city and would never return. The soldiers of the Penguin Empire retreated back to the mainland to fight while Tropicalis was left to crumble. Many years later, in 620 AD, Emperor Penguins tribes came to inhabit the country. After many years, the tribes worked in harmony and even created alliances and relations with other tribes and built their own villages which would turn into towns and cities. The island of Pengstado had a very large Southern Kanta Penguin tribe who had claimed Pengstado as their own island and were building their own civilization. The other tribes never knew about them until a few years later when the Kanta tribe decided to join.

Expansion and Founding of Arcticana (950-1659)

Ships full of Adelie penguins explorers and refugees that came from a distant fallen empire came to the outlying islands of Tropicalis and formed their own small camps there. When some explorers from the mainland came to the islands and found them they learnt about how the Adelie's empire was falling and gladly welcomed them into their country. The remaining survivors from the fallen country moved to Tropicalis as soon as they heard the news and together, the Adelies, Kantas and Emperor Penguins built the country. The Adelies brought many things to the country such as knowledge from their homeland and other experiences and discoveries the Emperor Penguins didn't know. After many centuries of exploring, learning about and conquering outlying regions and islands, they founded a large civilization altogether and elected a leader who was smart, clever and popular: Pengtivius I whom they chose in 1310 who named the country the Nation of Arcticana. Pengtivius I started the large construction and expansion of the rather sparsely populated Tropicapolis.

Founding and Discovery of Gernomia (1430-1440)

Gernomia was discovered by Arcticanian explorers and relations were made between the Gernomian Vikings and Arcticanians. As towns and cities there began construction and more explorers learnt about them, penguins from Arcticania decided to move there. Their relationship grew and the Vikings even came to visit Arcticana and learn about their culture, too. The Arcticanians and Vikings decided to found their own country together and started to expand their newly named capital, Statavia.

Expansion Era (1440-1590)

The Gernomians greatly helped to expand Arcticana greatly and assisted them in the building of many more cities and towns. With the help of the Vikings, Tropicapolis which was completed in 1421 and the opening was seen to by Pengtivius III and IV. Many more Arcticanians moved to Gernomia to explore their culture and make trades. Better and stronger resources and materials that couldn't be found in Arcticana were found there which helped them to expand most of their cities and towns. The capital of Tropicalis (which was originally Lagois City) was changed to Tropicapolis in 1590. Mines were set up in some outer areas of the islands.

Arcticanian Civil Wars (1660-1759)

First Civil War (1660-1686)

In 1660, a very large group of Tropicalian rebels who lived in Pengstado wanted to become their own country again. They brought this decision to the government who disagreed. When the government declined their agreement, the rebels announced to all of the country that if it didn't happen, they would make it happen by force and tried to take down Arcticana this way. The result was a massive war known as the Tropicalian Civil War that occurred in the ocean between Pengstado and the mainland that would last for quite some time. The Pengstado rebels decided to take the fight straight to the office and attempt to throw over the government some time around 1684. The attack took place at night when most were asleep and the ships moved into position. A brave penguin named Pablo Pengio sighted the incoming attack and alerted guards immediately. Soon, a massive battle took place in the gulf of Arcticana and many troops were defeated while the ships positioned at Pengstado regrouped and headed back to join the fight at the gulf of Arcticana.

The soldiers at Pengstado tried to take advantage of this and sailed for the mainland but were met by a large group of Arcticanian soldiers who retaliated with great force. A week after this, support from Gernomia came and the soldiers gained a greater advantage. After a few more months of endless fighting, the Arcticanians succeeded in beating back the Pengstado soldiers who surrendered and were taken to jail along with the leader in 1686. They thanked the Gernomians who returned to their homeland. Pablo Pengio was thanked and was a well respected penguin in his city.

Second Civil War (1724-1759)

Founding of Pinguinia

In the year 1724, the Second Arcticanian Civil War began. Many of those who approved of the Pengstado rebels started to form their own group to try and throw over the leader. At night, they snuck into the palace and assassinated the current leader, Pengtivius XII and his wife ran out of that room but was hit by one of the soldiers ice rifles and wounded badly. She managed to get her 9 year old son, Pengtivius XIII and escape only to die a few hours later but succeed in bringing him to his father's brother who had a very high rank in the military and took care of Pengtivius XIII. In the mean time, the group of Arcticanian rebels, who had now called themselves the Free Nation of Pinguinia and taken over the country. The leader of the rebels became dictator and soon, word started to spread. Penguins were caught trying to flee from their homes only to be stopped by rebel guards and soldiers forced to join them or who sided with the rebels for other reasons.

Pinguinian Split

Soldiers who were still loyal to Pengtivius XII had fought back against the rebels. The rebels had become very strong, however, and were fighting back hard since they had raided the weapons supply. The result was a massive midnight battle in the capital while residents and civilians fled from the fight. The street was heavily damaged during the fight and at that time, the Anti-Pinguinian forces retreated. They managed to form a blockade separating half of the country from the Pinguinians. One half belonged to them with most of the civilians on their side while the other half went to Pinguinia. The dictator was furious and had several times tried to penetrate the wall with no success. The soldiers had started gathering members to fight against Pinguinian rule. Those who disliked the rule were taught how to fight and were prepared for battle.

After a few weeks, Pengtivius XIII's brother had now rounded up most of the army and extra support from civilians. Even support from Gernomia came to help as most of the colony agreed that they should help the Arcticanians. Slowly, they managed to pillage most of the Pinguinian bases and even managed to take a ship down and use it as their own. The dictator started to become anxious as their territory slowly got smaller. After many years of fighting, in the year 1759, the rebels were surrounded by claimed Anti-Pinguinian territory. The Anti-Pinguinian forces charged from all sides. The rebels failed to cope with the amount of soldiers united against them and their numbers quickly depleted. A team of soldiers had stormed the dictator's office and surrounded him. They forced him to come out and declare the rebel's defeat. The war was won and the rebels were forced to surrender.

Era of Peace (1760-1913)

Pengtivius XIII, who was now the leader, decided to rename the country to Tropicalis, a place his mother used to describe in stories he used to listen to, but this information was kept secret. Tropicalis was back to a state of peacefulness and a large celebration of their victory took place the following day after the battle. A treaty was signed and Pengstado never went to war again. The system was changed and replaced with a presidency but became tradition for the president to name their children as the heir. In 1860, Pengtivius XV (also known as Pengtivius the Last), had only one son named Penguino Lagois I. Penguino I became one of Tropicalis' most successful rulers establishing many successful relationships and trades with other civilizations. The Lagois Mansion was built in Covery, a peaceful region of Tropicapolis in 1903. One of their most successful relationships was with their newfound allies, the High Penguin Confederacy.

Penguino Lagois I saw to the large reconstruction of Lagois City, rebuilding it and expanding it, making room for more buildings, housing and immigrants frmo other countries. Penguino's son, Penguino Lagois II, had greatly improved the military and was mainly responsible for it's expansion.

Khanzem Wars (1913-1918)

Many Tropicalians were shocked when the King was overthrown by Whoot Smackler Whoot and Khanzem was formed. Shortly after, a small team of Khanzem soldiers attempted to invade their homeland but were rebuffed. The country greatly welcomed High Penguins who had managed to flee and others seeking refuge from the war which raised the population of the newly growing Lagois City.

When word got back to their base, they sent more soldiers to take them on. Tropicalian soldiers fought against the long war against Khanzem and those attempting to overthrow Tropicalis. Soldiers assited Gernomians who where having the same problem and fought as one of the Good Guys who opposed Khanzem. After the war was over, many towns and cities on the edges of the islands were either destroyed or heavily damaged. The Tropicalians slowly started to rebuild but were all the same relieved that the war was over.

Tropicalis didn't really participate in the fight during the time the Snowman Empire ruled Antarctica and instead continued to rebuild their own country.

Olde Antarctica (1935-1990)

Tropicalis started to change during Olde Antarctica. Car factories had already started operating, architecture started to become more modern, fashion styles changed and taller buildings started construction. Penguino Lagois III had his son, Penguino Lagois IV in the early months of 1962 who would grow up to be another greatly known leader in Tropicalis. The Lagois Family had suddenly started to make a huge impact on Tropicalis and were part of the change. Penguino Lagois III had established trades and relationships with other countries which helped them to grow and created the foundation that his son would later contribute to. Numerous technologies were imported from other countries which modernized Tropicalis further. He had been to a meeting with the Early UAN and had successfully admitted the country into the organization.

Many oil, other power plant types and factories started construction during the mid-1960's which most penguins called the start of the "Industrial Age". Many more mines and plants were set up in the ocean and power plants set up on remote islands.

Post Olde Antarctica (1990-1998)

In 1993, Penguino Lagois IV had succeeded his father as heir of Tropicalis. He had built on top of what his father had established with others and saw the opening of Tropicalian Airlines in 1995. He officially named his son, Penguino Lagois V, as his heir as he had no other children and it was traditional. He visited Frankterre in 1997 and discussed relations there for around 2 weeks, and had started trading with them.

Space Age (1998-2000)

In 1998, Tropicalis successfully launched a rocket that would help to build a space station. More rockets were launched that would put Tropicalis' first satellite into orbit. As astronauts contributed to the satellite over time, installing upgrades and other objects, it was able to take pictures of other planets for research purposes. Astronauts came to the moon to establish a small colony on behalf of Tropicalis that would later be used to conduct tests and projects on the moon. In 1999, Project Mars was created as a plan to learn more about Mars. Eagle-1, a probe sent to eject a rover to land on Mars was successful and took several pictures.

Modernized Era (2000-present)

In 2007, Tropicalis would be one of the many countries that joined the CP Gold Coin Alliance therefore changing the official currency of the country to CP Gold instead of Tropicalian Dollars but many still use the dollar and most shops accept it. Tropicalis participated in the War on Terror which started in 2014 and would aid their Western Union allies in the attack against terrorists. Tropicalis participated in the 2016 Summer Olympics. With the help of other resources imported from other countries, Tropicalis was able to create a foundation for colonies on the Moon, Mars and Saturn's moon, Titan.

Electricity

Tropicalis forermly used to run on electricity that was always collected either from coal and oil from other countries or by converting water. Around 2008, Tropicalis' government began a project in which the goal was to make Tropicalis more environmentally friendly by improving the power system. Solar power and other renewable resource obtaining power plants gradually replaced the others. In the end, Tropicalis managed to convert most of the power plants to wind, solar and other more environmentally friendly power plants. Tropicalis' largest power plant, named the "EcoRiver Power Plant", (which is a combined solar and hydropower plant comprising of two segments) is located on an island in South Tropicalis which conprises of a small, but noticeable amount the local region and country's main source of electricity.

Economy

Tropicalis trades with many countries, importing many things. The economy is mainly made up of trading.

Manufacturing

The factories which the products are made in very clean, green, environmentally-friendly factories which are then processed and purified and checked before exporting to other countries either via air or sea. The factories are located on a single, penguin-made island out in the sea. Those importing to Tropicalis by seanalso stop at this checkpoint before continuing. The factories, like most other parts of Tropicalis are also mainly powered by high-tech solar panels which were obtained by trading and the help of Amataria, Ed Island and many other allies and also manufactured some themselves.

The official and main currency of Tropicalis: The CP Gold Coin

Currency

The official currency of Tropicalis is the Club Penguin Coin. This was officially declared after Tropicalis joined the Club Penguin Gold Alliance in 2007. Though the Tropicalian Dollar is not the official currency anymore, it is still accepted on the outer regions and islands such as Pengstado where many still accept the currency. Tropicalis doesn't mind the use of this, but encourages the public to use the CP Coin. The Tropicalian Dollar is worth 6 CP Gold Coins in most currency exchange. The dollar is not very common anymore and is rapidly shrinking. The mints have discontinued the making of Tropicalian Dollars as to encourage people to use CP Gold Coins. In some currency exchange shops, Tropicalian Dollars can still be exchanged to CP Gold Coins

Transportation

Land

Like other countries, Tropicalis uses cars and buses to travel on land. Another unique kind is bikes, which many use for exercise and trams which run in some cities such as Tropicapolis and some cities in Pengstado. The government encourages most to use biofuel and electricity to power their cars which around 18% do nowadays. Some penguins use their vehicles to travel to other cities. There is a bridge that crosses the longer river in the city of Penguinas to get to the other side of the city. A bridge that stretches from the mainland to Palm Tree Town is in construction and is believed to be completed in the year 2018.

Air

There are quite a few airports here, but some cities share a few or sometimes one airport. Tropicalis has it's own airplane company, the Tropicalian Airlines. Some rich penguins also hire helicopter pilots or private jets as well. There is a helicopter company that has it's headquarters in Lagois City where you can go for a ride in the helicopter. Helicopters are also good ways of transport for police who also use helicopters. Very rarely, you might see a hot air balloon near the coastal cities and towns. Penguins can get a ride on a hot air balloon sometimes for around an hour before landing.

Sea

Many penguins here take the ferry to get to other places more quickly. There are also many ferry companies which let you travel through the river to get to other cities. Many penguins that live in Covery in Tropicalis own yachts, speedboats and houseboats though this is common in a couple other provincess. Penguins also use hovercrafts sometimes. Police also use speedboats for transportation and for all sorts of accidents and criminal activity on the ocean.

Metro

Many different cities have underground subways. Lagois City has the Lagois City Subway and Tropicapolis has the Tropicapolis Metro. Trains run both overground and underground, as well as through the mountains. Trains are able to access other cities within the country, and even has a link to the Antarctic Express and has a station at Mango Coast, from which the train can be taken to and from Dorkugal.

Geography

Climate

Tropicalis has a climate similar to Rockhopper Island's that penguins and puffles can live in. Igloos wouldn't be of much use here as they would melt so penguins usually live in apartments. It is usually nice and warm around the summer time but can get to Club Penguin's equivalent of a summer during winter.

Terrain

There are a few mountains beyond the city areas that are covered with Tropical forests. Most trees are tropical trees such as palm trees and some contain coconuts on them. There are other variants of trees, too including tropical mango and banana trees. The beaches are very clean and surround most of the islands.

Tropicalis owns all the islands shown on the map but not all of them are inhabited. Though this may be true, they are still part of Tropicalis and are still part of their territory. Tropicalis owns part of the sea around it which are patrolled by Tropicalis' own coast guard. Tropicalis also owns overseas territories and islands but they are mainly used for military purposes.

Provinces & Islands

• Centro de Tropicalia - An area spanning from the middle of Tropicalis to the east south eastern side of Tropicalis. It is home to the capital, Tropicapolis and is the second most largest state.
• Pengstado - Pengstado is an island up in the northern areas of Tropicalis. It is known for mostly being sunny, warm and it's many cheap, large market areas. Many markets still accept the Tropicalian Dollar here. After the many battles and fights during the Tropicalian Civil War, the Pengstado rebels who wanted to become their own country surrendered and a peace treaty was signed. Ever since, there have been no conflicts between Pengstado and the mainland. Pengstado is mainly home to Southern Kanta Penguins which make up 53% of all penguins that live here. Pengstado doesn't have too many roads so most penguins use bikes to get to where they need to. There are roads that go to other parts of the island, though.
• Beakily - Beakily is home to Lagois City, the former capital and largest city of the entire country. Beakily is rather crowded and makes up most of Tropicalis' population.
• Arbos Islands - The Arbos Islands are where the Adelie penguins first settled down and where they first lived when they came to Tropicalis. The Arbos Islands are mainly uninhabited today, but are more colder than most islands and there aren't many beaches here. On one of the islands is the Tropicalis National Observatory Tower which predicts the weather for some regions and records data that concerns astronomy and constellations.
• Southern Tropicalis - What makes up most of the southern part of the main island including some of the islands below it.
• Adelia - An overseas province of Tropicalis where the Adelie refugees originated from.

Colonies & Territories

• Gernomia - Gernomia is a colony of Tropicalis located somewhere south west of Tropicalis. It is under Margate and above the Seal Islands. It was explored by a team of Adelie Penguins and after a few years, many of the Adelies moved there. The colony is mostly made out of Germanic Viking Penguins, Adelie Penguins and puffles. Gernomia is known for it's different culture and style and being very similar to Alemania and Osterreach.

• Tropicalian Extraterrestrial Colonies - A series of currently small colonies on the Moon, Mars, and (in development) Saturn's moon, Titan.
• Tropicalian Ocean Territories - Areas of the ocean owned by Tropicalis especially around the island with not many residents as the mainland. They are mainly used for military purposes.

Language

The official languages of Tropicalis are English and Spanish. In some regions, like Pengstado, Latin is spoken too mainly due to the fact of visitors and settlers from other nations during the time Tropicalis was still developing. Latin was mainly spoken by the Southern Kanta Penguin tribes while English was mainly used by the Adelie Penguin refugees and Spanish used by some of the other tries. After many years of getting the tribes to learn each other's language, they were able to communicate properly and started teaching it to the younger generations. English, Spanish and Latin are still used in Tropicalis to this very day, with Latin mainly being used in Pengstado.

Culture

Music

Tropicalis has all kinds of music. Rap, reggae, jazz, flamenco, classical music and blues are all common here. Some uncommon genres are rock and country. Rap, flamenco and rock are more common to the north and west side of the country while jazz, blues and reggae are much more common on the south and south east regions. Classical and rock music are played in every region, how uncommon they may be. Many international artists are also liked here such as DJ Crow, Cadence, Nebulent, etc. are also very much liked in Tropicalis and have loads of fans.

Cuisine

Tropicalis, with the help of the Adelie penguins were able to develop many kinds of dishes over time, most of them of them being desserts containing fruit. They have also created a few seafood dishes, too. The different foods that Tropicalis is known to make are spanish bread, Tropicalian salad, tacos, tortillas, samosas, bagels and strudel. Tropicalis is also known for it's fruit such as coconuts, mangoes and bananas which is said to be very pure and the tastiest in Antarctica.

Sport

Penguins here love sports as well. Soccer and basketball are the most common like most places but also tennis is popular, too and volleyball is played on the beach. Surfing and jet-skiing is also popular on the beaches as well and is one of the main sports of Tropicalis. There is even an annual beach activities competition for jet-skiing, surfing, volleyball and so on. Hydro-Hoppers are also available in some places and beaches.

Entertainment

Video games are also popular in Tropicalis and they are also imported from other companies to get to Tropicalis.

Architecture

Tropicalis is known for it's architecture and buildings. Lagois City is home to several new architectural buildings with modern architecture which are great examples of Tropcalis' designs. New Sandboro is known for housing many modern-styled housing in it's large suburban areas which are lower costing. Buildings are made of metals including steel, titanium, and various other materials which are obtained from the mines. Glass and copper are also used in architecture, on the outside while copper is only usually used in the inside for pipe material.

Education

Some schools in Tropicalis have fees and others don't. In the schools, English is taught along Spanish. There are some all English schools as well as traditional and national schools that speak Spanish. Tropcapolis National School originally only taught in Spanish but now they also teach in English.

Goverment

Headquarters

The government of the country has it's main headquarters in Del Tropico, Tropicapolis, Tropicalis. It is near the coast of the city. It consists of a total of 52 rooms and is quite large. The president's office is here as well as meetings and discussions between other countries. There are usually bodyguards and security guards at each end of the corridors.

Government System

It is based on Oligarchy. The power is traditionally handed down from generation to generation and the ruler is called the president. If the current ruler steps down, the next in line will come to power. If not, then another relative of the president shall be the president. If there are none, or if nobody is willing to accept the role of president, then the public has the right to elect a new leader. Vice presidents are elected every four years.

Crime

Crime is quite low in Tropicalis mainly because of the police who are highly trained. Despite this, crime still happens some areas more than others. The highest crime rate is in Lagois City which is large and is rumoured to have UPM branch here but it is unknown if this is true or where their headquarters are. Pengstado is also known to have a moderate crime rate as well. The police only arm themselves if it's really required, and are usually patrolling the streets every week. Otherwise, they will use batons, and call for backup. The police use different modes of transport and also use helicopters to pursue targets.

Laws & Policies

Tropicalis has very strict rules for some things like litter, for example. Deliberately throwing rubbish into the ocean or onto the floor is counted as a criminal offence. You must be 20 years old or older to have a arms licence or own a gun and need to have permission from the police. Otherwise, it is counted as illegal. Fireworks are allowed only in the use or in the care and watch of someone 20 or older. Tropicalis tries to remain as clean as possible so that they can preserve and maintain their landscape and keep it from being contaminated. Throwing away rubbish into the ocean is also illegal and Tropicalis does their best not to pollute. Because of this, they can be considered one of the cleanest. Judgies are rumoured to have been smuggled into the country by the Mafia but are banned in the country anyways.

Military

Tropicalis has a strong military with around 1,000,000 penguins in it. Currently, it contains 1 million troops which ranks it as the 15th largest in Antarctica. The soldiers try their best to be as efficient as possible and try to form strategies and plans before attacking. The military was formed sometime around the year Pengtivius I came to power and he built himself an army full of soldiers. The soldiers would later go to battle in the Tropicalian Civil War and grow stronger over the years. The military has different divisions. They have an air force, navy and land force. The soldiers would assist and fight in many wars. Thanks to technology, the military is more advanced and uses better armour and newer and more efficient weapons.

Sometimes, if Tropicalis' allies are in major trouble and in need of reinforcements, for example, the army will do their best to assist their allies. There is a fortress where the army recruits train on a remote island. There is also a super secret branch of the military that specializes in using abnormal, experimental and advanced technology to try and improve the efficiency and power of the military. The military is currently trying to implement the use of holograms and auto-controlled tanks that can tell the difference between enemy factions and their own team. Currently, they are using robot soldiers in training that fire non-lethal projectiles that don't injure.

Weapons

Soldiers use rifles, sniper rifles, shotguns and specially developed canons that all fire laser projectiles as well as smoke bombs, night-vision and a very special branch that uses keysabers and keydaggers. The army also has one very powerful plasma missile which has never been used and will only be used if the situation gets critical. The bomb is able to obliterate a large island and reduce a large sized city to dust in around 20 seconds. However, it is heavily guarded and hasn't been used, and is only used as a last resort.

Another example of one of their lethal weapons is a high-speed gun which fires projectiles at 2,350 mph (3781 kmph) and can pierce many obstacles. It has a rapid-fire mode, too. Sleeping gas is also used to subdue enemy troops as well as poison gas. Laser projectiles can also be used with the high speed guns for maximum power. Deletion bullets can be used with these guns if the troops really have no choice but to do so. The navy and marine branch of Tropicalis have their own soldiers and guards who patrol the ocean territories. The military is mainly used for defense, and it is considered normal for them to also have planes, and other types of aircraft patrolling the territories regularly. Though, Tropicalis will use it's military to attack if needed to.

Vehicles

Tanks are also used which fire similar laser-like projectiles that to those of the troops. The soldiers have have a battleship named The Scrutinizer which is the strongest (and most PWNsome) of the fleet and has been through many battles and has always survived though quite damaged some times. The military has many different kinds of developed lethal weapons but are not used that often, especially if the mission is not important. The military also consists of advanced aircrafts which can travel beyond the stratosphere and just a few meters above the mesosphere. They are all equipped with flare-like, small missile-lick rocket projectiles that burn white hot and either home in on the target or explode on contact. The projectiles can travel up to a maximum speed of 2,800 kmph and around 12 of these hitting a building is enough to bring down 3 floors of the building.

Armor

Tropicalian soldiers' armor is engineered to be protective as possible and efficient. Most troops wear regular armor that is lighter and helps them move faster Reinforced bullet resistant material is used and embedded in troops equipped for more dangerous and serious missions. The uniform and helmet making the wearer less vulnerable to most armor piercing bullets and more stronger (thanks to the help of Dr Infinity) and is more lightweight. This, however does not mean it doesn't make the armor heavy. Because of this, the troops wearing this uniform are slower even though they don't really look like it. Thanks to improving technology, this armor is improving, and is gradually getting less heavier.

The military has several bases and areas deployed around Antarctica. One is in between Sub-Antarctica and Flystonia. The largest is located near the tip of South America and has a total of 200,000 soldiers stationed there and 6 aircraft carriers. The military also calls aid from it's allies such as the Western Union or some of Tropicalis' colonies.

Mainland

• USA - Excellent - Tropicalis and the USA have been the best of allies and have had meetings on several occasions including the time that Tropicalis became a Free Repbulic and to join the CP Gold Alliance.
• Freezeland - Good - They are allies and are currently having many meetings.
• East Pengolia - Poor - Tropicalis greatly disagrees with the system that East Pengolia runs on and ignores East Pengolia. East Pengolia treats them exactly the same.
• Polaris - Fair - They don't say much about each other and Tropicalis has barely interacted with them. They are however, far from being enemies.

Ninja Archipelago

• Puffle'and - Great - They have interacted and socialized on several occasions and have had several meetings and their relation is still getting stronger.
• Frankterre - Good - Frankterre hasn't interacted much with Tropicalis since the 1990's but they have recently started interacting but haven't gotten too far yet.
• Liguria - Good - The president, Penguino Lagois IV has been recently meeting Flywish and the results so far have been very good and the two countries have been trading.
• Snowzerland - Bad - They have traded before but have stopped ever since Tropicalis has allied itself with many of it's enemies including it's rival, Castilla. Their relationship probably would have been Fair if Tropicalis hadn't done this. Tropicalis has disagreed with their decisions but they have never gotten into massive conflicts before. It's possible that they haven't tried to attack Tropicalis because they are allies with other nations, or because they haven't attempted to before.
  • Alemania - Good - Tropicalis has established realtions with Alemania before they were conquered. Even though they were reconquered by Swiss Ninja, they are still allies. Some Alemanians don't like Tropicalis because Snowzerland doesn't.
  • Osterreach - Great - Tropicalis is allies with them and loves their music. Music was one of the main ways they started meeting ever since the musicians their were very famous.
• Castilla - Great - The military of Tropicalis has assisted Castilla in a few wars and they have established a relationship with King Carlos. Not only that, but they also have similar culture.
• Lisboagal - Fair - The two countries don't know each other very well at all but they do trade.
• Rusca - Good - They are allies and both are in a bad relationship with Snowzerland.

Asiapelago

• North Joseon - Horrible - Tropicalis has sided with the many countries against North Joseon ever since they sunk a South Joseon ship and have been enemies ever since.
• South Joseon - Neutral - They're not enemies, not really allies and haven't traded before. Tropicalis hasn't mentioned or reacted with them much.
• Zhou - Decent - Their relationship is okay for two countries. Tropicalis does trade with them, but they don't exactly choose to side with each other if there was a war.
• Japaland - Poor - Tropicalis dislikes the fact that Japaland hates High Penguins and sides with the Khanzem.
• Amataria - Good - Tropicalians like to travel to Amataria for vacations to check out their technology and the government likes their military.
• Shops Island - Great - Tropicalis greatly welcomes tourists. They haven't interacted much and little has been said but they have traded many times before.

Other

• Caseusopolis - Good - They are trading partners and allies.
• Ed Island - Good - Due to their close proximity, the two countries have a positive trading relationship with Trpoicalis often importing numerous technologies from Ed Island.
• Underworld - Neutral - Due to the fact of Demon Penguins mostly being evil, Tropicalis seems to stay well away from them and hasn't mentioned them before. They have never traded.
• United Provinces - Good - They have been working on a relationship with each other since they joined SATO. They have traded and have had a few meetings.
• Margate - Great - Tropicalis and Margate are trading allies and have a very good relationship.
• UnitedTerra - Good - Tropicalians love visiting UnitedTerra and especially some places such as TerraMount and New Club Penguin.
• Gernomia - Excellent - Tropicalis and Gernomia have been great allies ever since the explorers first came to explore their land. They are one of Tropicalis' major trading partners.

Trivia

• Fire swords are banned in some regions of Tropicalis like Pengstado where penguins kept fighting with them.
