Hey, yeah I've been busy. I wrote the will a while ago though never bothered to put it on the wiki.
I will still come and visit from time to time but definitely don't count on it. The will is written below; it is purposely in this format because I intended this to be the "final blog post":
Dear fellow Fanon Users,
For over five years, I’ve seen immense changes in the Fanon since I joined in 2009. This wiki has definitely been a memorable piece of my childhood and I can definitely say that many great users and articles have contributed to that. This place has held a special place in my heart along with the awesome people I have met here as well. However, I am already getting older and it is time for me to resign and move on in life as I step into a future that I must carve on my own.
Now it’s time for me to pass the torch to the future generation of Fanon users as I leave. I do hope that the Fanon’s succeeding leaders continue to advocate peace, stability, and quality in the following years to come so that our wiki can prosper. I commend all of you to stand up for justice, and, most importantly, uphold morality and an honorable code of ethics. Though in my early years I was a bit of trouble, I have done my best (though not always succeeding) in keeping the peace on this wiki, and I do hope that the peace that we have accomplished will persevere. Remember to be a community, to collaborate with other users to create new articles and stories so that we can reach new heights in quality articles/stories and stronger friendships.
I will now proceed to provide a list of active (and inactive) users to whom I give my articles and their rights to, as part of my will. Please note that I still will retain the rights to (and the final say of) my articles if I ever were to return, even temporarily. Without further ado, here is my list:

-I provide to you all equally the rights to all of my articles, both stories and non-story articles, characters and places. Please guard these articles with care, and when the time is right, you can give these articles to the future generations that you trust. If there is no one to give the articles to, please make them Fair Game.
*Also, please make Zhou a capitalist country if the PRC were to become capitalist in the real world.
