Best Story of the Year[edit]

Stories will no longer be separated into "story, new story, etc." to prevent cluttering and induce more entries into the category for voting."

Best Article of the Year[edit]

Featured Article of the Year and Best Article of the year will be two different things, judged not by quantity of the page/quality, but user opinion over the article itself."
