If in the case I am gone from the wiki for an extended period of time, or you want to use my article, but I am not replying, read over these rules.

Basic Rules

• If you have my article intertwined with another one of your articles (e.g: Munijoch in the Axle Powers), you are obligated to use my articles within their proper usages (e.g: Joseph Yslenski can't be evil).

• The following articles are exempt from being used with yours without my consent, included are reasons. (Note: They do not apply to admins/people I trust/worked with in the past)

• Munijoch: My personal country, too large and too impacting on other articles to be used without a little bit of a bump later on.
• Joseph Yslenski: Same reason as above, too large in my own personal story.
• Victor Malkov: No one wants to see a good Malkov. That, and he isn't quite finished. I have a massive rework planned for him.
• Isaac Juggernaut: Doesn't really fit in without a pseudo-dictator presidency.
• PULSE: Incomplete, and the technology I have featured there is a bit of an Axle Powers exclusive deal.

• I reserve full rights to see what you have done to my articles, and based on that, change or withdraw your usage of it at any given time.

• I do not want Munijoch participating in any war unless Bro or Swiss is explicatively writing it.

• No, you may not blow up Munijoch.

• WhiteBloods are to be used as a totalitarianistic group only.
