So the result is clear: 14 of the 20 admins voted which is about 2/3. If 25 users is 2/3 of something too we have about 37 non-admin users/IPs. And the 14 visitors who voted must be 2/3 of... 21. And 21 visitors in 8 days is... 2,625. Yeah, less than 3 visitors per day.

Now, this is probably innacurate but it's obvious that we have more editors than visitors and that is bad. Why bother editing and writing so much if only a couple of people will see it?

I think this is because when people search "club penguin fanon" they want to make fanon, not read fanon. Who wants to read fanon anyways?
