Well some of you may know that we have parodies of The Avengers on this wiki, known as The Defenders. Sadly, they must go! I discovered a couple days ago that Club Penguin is having a new party: The Marvel Superhero Takeover. It's all about the Avengers, and not parodies, the ACTUAL Avengers. Costumes will be available too. You can find out more info about it here. Do you think we should delete The Defenders? They were all Low Quality, and under construction, that probably means no one has used them at all. Should we delete them or not?

• Feey, why do you keep getting involved in canon and trying to delete this and that? Who cares? Let the defenders live. This also seems unusual, due to the fact that CP has never advertized anything outside itself in a party before. I am not saying that it cant, but if it does, it doesnt mean we need to fix everything to match CP criteria. Just...stay with your original stuff, Feey. Please.

Oh boy, this is HF's article. There's no way he'll let you destroy his article. Although you have no power anyways. Who says you have the rights to dictate that "it must go"?

I think the Defenders should be maintained as it is. It really has the potential to become a really awesome parody of the Avengers from the Marvel Universe. Furthermore I somewhat dislike online games doing promotional events for things in the real world, and when one considers it actual Avengers on Club Penguin doesent really make much sense in-canon. --Castor (talk) 00:56, 21 May 2012 (UTC)

Club Penguin Fanon Wiki:OOC Policy If a new, unique fact is established in CP canon and it conflicts with a PRE-EXISTING fact in fanon, in such a way that would drastically undermine the article's content, multiple articles, or the wiki as a whole, the pre-existing fact in fanon wins by the grandfather clause. Otherwise the site must conform. This is a case-by-case situation. But I still think The Defenders should be replaced by The Avengers if that actually occurs in CP. While in agreement that the articles in question are currently in poor quality, the parody idea is a great one and I think with a little love and care they could be made into some great additions to our continuity. Also if we make actual Avengers in-universe when you think about it makes very little sense, it would be signifigantly more quality in parodied form. Again, it is a promotional event afterall; Games partner all the time now to endorse and popularise products, and games so i'm not sure if that'd even be considered actual Club Penguin Canon.
