User blog:KingH10/Unofficial Secret Agency "Mega-Agency"

Hey, guys. After The Leader's post, I thought we should have an Unofficial secret agency "MEGA-AGENCY" (USAMA). There would be a represenitive for each of the agencies. And there would be a set of rules, compiled by the BOSS, which each secret agency needs to follow. The secret agency rep. would take a new idea to the Boss of the Mega-Agency for him/her to approve/disapprove it. I think that Flystar should compile the rules and be the Boss of the Mega-Agency.
