User blog:Speeddasher/Why so inactive?

Hi guys, it's me Speeddasher. I've been noticing that for quite a few days now, this wiki has been incredibly inactive. There's barely anyone here, and there's very few edits made each day. It is possible people are just loosing interest in CP, or they just don't have time to edit. I myself don't play CP anymore, but I used to enjoy editing and chatting with people here until it became this inactive. So, as much as I hate to say it, I'll probably quit the site unless activity picks up. I'll still be here to chat, but I'll most likely cease editing and drawing here for good. I would like to stay and edit, but if there's no one around here to edit with I really don't see the point. --Speeddasher A link to a talk page "Lock On"!

• Hey Speed. Things are really going down hill here.

First off, Explorer, XTUX, Zone, EternalMagma, now Flywish, and even TS have quit. Austin has partially quit 'cause he ran out of ideas. I still edit dayly. Feey would continue editing but because of his behavior, he's banned, but he'll be back. I know PenblooeR and Amigopen come on a bit too.

I don't know...they might just become fair game...although i am using Flywish and his descendants in some of my stories (with Fly's permission). Anyways, Speed, please don't leave. I'd hate to see another legendary user leave again. I am going to convince TS to come back soon.

While I wouldn't call myself a legendary user I would really like to stay, but there just doesn't seem to be enough people on the site or enough activity at this point. I do have several story ideas that I have plots planned out for, but with the way the site has been going I'm really not sure. I've just been busy with non-Internet activities. Because of them I've had to postpone the newsletter. I don't even think there's a point of a newspaper anymore if there's nothing to say, or if users aren't even going to read it. But yes, inactivity. It's a problem. I've pretty much quit, although I may pop up from time to time. --Agent Johnson |  For once Channel 5 (UK) is actually doing alright. They broadcast football matches you want to watch, The Gadget Show is bloody good and for christ sakes they have Big Brother! But scrap Channel 5 News, no one watches it, scrap Fifth Gear, everyone watches Top Gear and scrap Milkshake, because toddlers watch Cebeebies. TL;DR: Channel 5 is dumb since still don't know people don't watch them but they're getting smarter cause now we are watching them. 20:03, 31 January 2012 (UTC)
