Hello Fanoners!


It's your old Bureaucrat pal Swiss Ninja here again for two important rulings that need to be done here. They are Wonderweez and the Anti-Plagiarism Bill. These votes will stay on the wiki until Sunday, December 1, GMT, when the rulings will take effect.

Wonderweez[edit]

First of all, due to the Demotion of User:TheBroMaster, we are in the lack of a full time admin. In his absence, I have elected an interim admin to protect the wiki while I am away doing stuff in my personal life. Wonderweez has proven to be a good man in his capabilities and has enough knowledge to run our wiki with efficiency in Bro's place.

Now we must vote here to solidify Wonderweez's permanent position as an Admin. Please vote below. There will be NO neutral votes. You are either for or against his promotion.

Anti-Plagiarism Bill[edit]

Now. For this new law.


In light of User:Agent Isai's creation of a phoney, copycat wiki that was meant to disown our policy and our good name as well as be a competitor, I believe it is time we legislate a law that bans users for creating copycat wikis that plagiarize and are meant to steal attention from us.

The reason?

We simply can not have users that create their own fanon wiki that is against the policy that we have still innocently lulling around acting like loyal users. Users that are not content with our rules should leave, and those who try to create rival wikis that want to take away our flow of traffic and new users are traitors, and therefore I feel that they deserve to be punished.

They have plagiarized our idea of a Club Penguin fiction wiki, and therefore they should pay the price of it.

I'm not saying that Isai's new wiki will do that. It may if he tried. (though honestly, no offence, it probably won't). But JUST for the future, if an anti Fanon Wiki movement occurs among several users, we should remove those traitors who have created opposing fanon wikis that they stole from us. ESPECIALLY if they import their Fanon articles from us to their new fanon wiki.


Voting this bill into effect will do the following:

  • This clause will be added to either the OOC or the COC policy. Not sure which one yet.
  • This rule only applies to registered users only.
  • Users who violate this rule will have three days notice to take down their club penguin fanon wiki. The name of the wiki doesn't have to be "Fanon", it can be any wiki that pertains to Club Penguin AND Fan Fiction, Fan Universe, etc.
  • If they refuse, then they will be permanently banned.
  • They MAY ask for an extension period if they promise to do it. The extension period to wait for taking down the wiki can be a maximum of seven days after the three day period terminates.
  • Users that removed their club penguin fanon wikis shall NOT face any further punishment and shall be forgiven by the community.
  • New users that join that have made their own club Penguin fanon/fan fiction wiki in the past will be asked to take down their fanon wiki and the three days period as well as the extension period will be applied to them, since they could be spies.

  6. We shouldn't punish them for making Wikia wikis. All that does is break Wikian search results further. We should punish them for importing our work by a ban, both on-site AND from exporting. I got an idea for this. We should make Wikia Wikis with every possible names that a competitor will use. BUT we will leave a message on the main page that says:"We have been moved to (our Wiki's address)". It's a scheme, you see. They also are competing against us for power and money. Attention to their website will help get them more money because of all those stupid ads they put on the wikis. Wikia is nothing but a corporate giant who cares little for the desires of its inhabitants.
