User blog talk:Feey1/The Next Fanon Characters Special
From Club Penguin Fanon Wiki
Actually, as it is a April Fool's Special, I think we should write plot ideas and merge them right before it starts!--Fooly8 (talk) 03:14, 15 January 2013 (UTC)
- I have problems with that. First of all, that would take who knows how long to merge, the storyline could be even more sloppy, and who's willing to do all that work here and get nearly nothing in return? --

The specials are Free-add. Users can add whatever they want.Hello, my name is Star Kirby12. Chat first, ask questions later. Then let's do something! • Tobot?•Some challenges?•A few drafts and stuff? •

- I didn't say that they wouldn't be able to add whatever they wanted, I said the story would be better controlled and written. --

- However, if we have a plot chosen, users can't make their own plot twists or major differences. Christmas Special 2012 and Explosive New Year are complete and that's what's important. - No, they can. The mainstream plot would have been already chosen, and small edits could be made. --

- Small edits. That means they can't make big edits to their liking. Hello, my name is Star Kirby12. Chat first, ask questions later. Then let's do something! • Tobot?•Some challenges?•A few drafts and stuff? •

- Is it ok if we started it Febuary 25th? That could also solve some problems! --Fooly8 (talk) 16:54, 16 January 2013 (UTC)
- That seems good in case we were to hit a major roadblock. --

- No, that is still way too early. In honesty, we should wait until March 2nd. 30 days is enough. It would beat being a special if we start it too early long before the event. By that logic, we should start the Christmas Special of 2013!

- Yes. We can start writing around mid-late March, but plot-wise it wouldn't hurt to think of a solid plot this early. In the Christmas and New Year specials, we had many characters doing their own little things and the plot split up into tangents. What we need is an outline for what the characters are doing, because after a while things start to get random. --Chub 777 was here!(Please leave a message after the beep!) 01:04, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
- I totally agree. EVERY written story, on the CPFW or not, should have an outline of some sort. --
