While I'm not denying the fact that the wiki is decreasing in activity, one has to remember that the winter season following breaks tend to be our least active season due to school, usually spiking into our summer season where more users join/are active. In addition, just because we are not editing, it does not necessarily imply that we are not here. For example, I pop onto IRC almost daily, as well as regularly monitor the RC for changes. -Wonderweez (Talk · Contribs) 02:50, 15 January 2017 (UTC)

- Same thing applies. Although, I do wish there was more that could be done regarding the inactivity. I know Penstubal had some ideas. -Wonderweez (Talk · Contribs) 03:09, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
Activity has suddenly gone up a lot this week, in my opinion, so I'm not too worried about it, for now. If you check the recent changes, people are making more edits than they were a few weeks ago, so I'll take that as a good sign. Like Brant mentioned a blog post before, we are active, especially on IRC, we just don't know what to edit. Like Wonder said, most users and me check the RC daily for changes. Most of us are busy with education, we'll probably be back this summer. --WIk1p3ngUin0 (t@lk • contribs.exe • articles.php) Wikipenguino.exe is not responding

Here's my solution. Ignore the statistics and stop creating goals for yourself. Edit when you can, if you can, however you can, be free and don't be stressed out over statistics. Edit as much as you can, to your ability, stop upsetting over the wiki's eventual demise. Every place has to disappear sometime, nothing can last forever. No country IRL can last forever, we've seen that in Rome, in Ancient Greece, many other historical places, as well as in IRL about technology (we didn't use old phones forever, old computers, we won't use our current computers forever either), we won't ride the same cars as they will get phased out too, the ONLY thing we should be worried about is that the wiki could end in a state of fight, drama and division. We should unite and stop bickering over nonsense so we can at least say "Our wiki spectacularly ended with joy and happiness and no fights prior to this moment" when the wiki ends up closing one day. Stop being bothered by your activity and the activity of other users and edit as much as you can, according to your own ability. --Penstubal (Talk) (Edits) 11:59, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
Even though you constantly fight us unprovoked
I'm at over 100 edits in the past 30 days. Can I get promoted?

I like editing, but other than being busy, I also tend to get burned out, or I just lose motivation because I dislike being criticized by one or two users no matter what I do. But, like others have said, I patrol the RC every day and also go on the IRC whenever I can. CKSysop/BOBmaster? 01:37, 16 January 2017 (UTC)
